摘要
本文主要介绍了牵引供电运营管理信息系统的需求分析和系统设计。
     首先简要介绍了技术方案的选择和项目的可行性研究;接着简要介绍了结构化分析法的方法步骤,介绍了本项目需求调查的主要内容,并用业务流图对应用领域的部分业务进行了描述;用分层数据流图描述了对系统的分解和分析过程,较详细地描述了系统的功能需求。
     叙述了系统概要设计的方法步骤,尤其是由数据流图到软件结构图的转化过程;介绍了几个主要功能的实现方案和数据推送技术;简单介绍了供电段的网络建设方案、系统软硬件环境的选择和数据库访问模式的选择;阐述了事故抢修智能支持的GIS解决方案和多媒体解决方案,并着重阐述了视频数据管理的实现方法;在视频数据管理中成功引入了视频数据库思想,用简单实用的办法实现了视频数据的分段和检索。
     介绍了数据库设计的各个环节,并详细地叙述了每个设计环节的具体实施办法和上一环节到下一环节的转换过程。在此期间,均使用了CASE工具PlayCASE提供的构件关系图。
     文章最后介绍了采用的设备编码、部门编码和线路编码的编码规则、各编码表的形成过程以及编码的使用方法和使用原则。在制定编码规则的时候,充分考虑了各方面的情况,并保证编码的可扩充性和可修改性。部门编码表和线路编码表使用分散管理的办法,这样局部范围内编码的改动不影响全局。
This thesis mainly introduces the analysis and design of PSSMIS(the Power Supply Section Management Information System). Firstly, the selection of technologies and approaches are discussed briefly. The feasibility study of this project and the method and process of structured system analysis are introduced in succession. The primary content of requirement investigation and the function requirements are presented. Partial operations in this field are described using operation flow diagram and the process of disassembling and analysis of this system is described using layered DFD(data flow diagram).
    This thesis also introduces the method and process of the summary design of this system, especially the transform from DFD to software structure diagram. Approaches for several important functions and the technology of data transfer are presented . The network scheme of power supply section , the hardware and software environment of this system and the database access mode are introduced briefly. Besides, it discuss the method of GIS and multimedia for pushing to deal with an emergency , aimed at the approach of video data management. The idea of video database is brought in the management of the video data in this system, and the segmentation and indexing are implemented using simple method .
    Moreover, the author introduces each step of the design of database , actual implementation of those steps and the conversion from previous step to next step, making use of the component-relationship diagram provided by a CASE tool PlayCASE.
    Finally the coding rules, the building of every code table and the way using the code was introduced. The code deal with equipments, departments and railways. Every thing possible is considered when the author establishes the coding rules , and the code can be extended and modified easily. The code tables of departments and railways are managed separately by each department, so that, when the code of a department is changed the code of another department need not be changed.
