灌水沟播机起垄开沟器理论及应用研究

摘要
起垄开沟器是灌水沟播机的主要工作部件,它需同时完成起垄、开沟、灌水、施肥等多项工作。在本文中,对起垄开沟器的结构形式及主要参数进行了理论分析,并通过土槽对起垄翼的主要性能参数进行了回归实验,得到了牵引阻力的回归模型。
     分析了灌水沟播机单组的受力情况,在受力特征研究的基础上,对影响开沟深度稳定性的结构参数及作业条件进行了分析,建立了播种机单组开沟深度稳定性的数学模型,为灌水沟播机的合理设计提供了参考。
     对几种灌水方式进行了比较,结果表明在侧深位进行灌水施肥更具有优势。对影响灌水效果的几个主要因素进行了分析,实验表明,灌水量、土壤初始含水率、灌水沟宽度对灌水效果都有不同程度的影响。
Furrow-ridge-opener is the main working part of water-application-furrow seeder,The key requirement to the new design is the furrow opening,ridging,watering and fertilizing of soil completed at a time.
    In this paper,the structure and main parameters of furrow-ridge-opener are analyzed. The soil load characteristics of the ridge-opener were measured in the soil bin;The regression equation of the traveling force resistance was formulated.
    The working performace and characteristics of the water-application-furrow seeder unit were analyzed. The mathematical model of planting depth stability of the unit with linkage was established. The results introduced can be used for designing water-application-furrow seeder.
    The paper compares three kinds of watering and fertilizing ways,and finds the best way watering and fertilizing below the seeds. By the experiments,some main factors influenced watering effect were analyzed. The results show that watering volume,initial soil water content,and width of water ditch influenced the watering effect differently.
