兰州铁路局竞争力评价与提升研究
摘要
本世纪头20年，是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期。这期间，需要交通运输业提供更为强大的运力支持。作为我国交通运输业的骨干企业——铁路运输企业必将面临新的机遇和挑战。
近年来，随着我国交通运输业的立体化发展，公路、民航、管道运输迅速崛起，使兰州铁路局面临着前所未有的竞争压力。企业的发展不仅滞后于其他运输方式，而且滞后于同行业其他铁路运输企业。如果不强化创新，提升企业竞争力，走跨越式发展的道路，企业将会丧失难得的发展机遇。因此，有必要对兰州铁路局的竞争力进行研究分析。
本文运用企业竞争力理论的基本分析方法，对兰州铁路局的竞争力进行了研究。首先，对兰州铁路局竞争环境进行了宏观环境分析和竞争环境分析，认为在现阶段兰州铁路局拥有良好发展环境，同时也面临着替代性运输方式、潜在竞争对手和现代物流发展的强大威胁；其次，对兰州铁路局的发展现状进行了阐述，从运输生产、经营管理、市场竞争等不同角度进行了深入分析，认为现阶段兰州铁路局在西北运输市场仍然占有一定优势；第三，运用企业竞争力评价理论建立了兰州铁路局竞争力评价的指标体系，并采用模糊数学和DEA评价方法对兰州铁路局竞争力进行了总体评价和比较评价，得出了兰州铁路局竞争力不强的结论，并针对评价结果进行了原因分析；最后，提出了兰州铁路局竞争力提升的思路和对策。论文的分析方法对于研究同类企业的竞争力具有参考价值。
The first 20 years is the crucial period for China to build a foil-scale easy society. Chinese economy will continue to increase in a sustainable, rapid and sound way, and will step into a highly developing stage of gradual industrialization. During the period, there is a need for the transportation to provide a greater carry support. As an important enterprise, railway transportation will have to meet new opportunities and challenges.
In the recent years, with the comprehensive development of Chinese transportation system, and with the swift grow-up of highway, air and tube transportation, Lanzhou Railway Bureau is now confronted with an unprecedented pressure of competition. The development of enterprises lags behind other conveying devices, as well as their counterparts. Our enterprises would lose the scarce chances to develop if they did not work hard at creativity, at the upgrade of enterprise competitiveness, and choose a leap-over path to develop. Therefore, it is necessary to make a study on the competitiveness of the Lanzhou Railway Bureau.
In the light of the fundamental method of analysis of the theories concerning enterprise competitiveness, this essay deals with the study on the enterprise competitiveness in Lanzhou Railway Bureau. First, it makes a holistic analysis on the competitive environment and elaborates the status quo of development; second, it establishes the index system for the assessment of
the enterprise competitiveness in Lanzhou Railway Bureau, and makes general and comparative assessment of the enterprise competitiveness, and then a conclusion is drawn; lastly, it presents the ways and solutions to upgrade enterprise competitiveness in Lanzhou Railway Bureau, based on the analysis of causes for the conclusion. The method of analysis in this essay is valuable in reference for the study of other enterprises in the same industry.
