WebGIS旅游信息搜索功用研究及应用

摘要
旅游是空间相关性极强的行业,地理信息系统(GIS)集数据库、制图、空间分析功能为一体,是处理与表达旅游空间信息的一个优秀技术工具。随着信息技术的进步,与Web技术的集成已使地理信息系统从专业人士的工具变成为一个能与大众进行良好互动的Web服务平台。WebGIS作为GIS与互联网结合的产物,能集成各种类型数据,具有高度的交互性与用户参与性,被公认为是旅游信息搜索领域的一个理想空间信息平台。然而,目前关于大众旅游信息搜索的WebGIS使用行为特征方面人们却知之甚少。目前,许多地方旅游管理部门在构建旅游目的地管理系统时,已将基于WebGIS的电子地图作为一项重要内容来考虑。然而,因为缺乏人们对WebGIS使用行为特征的了解,缺乏对WebGIS在人们旅游信息搜索中功能与效用的影响因素及这些因素间相互作用的认识,旅游相关部门与企业目前在如何发挥WebGIS的优势与功能,如何让WebGIS电子地图更好满足游客休闲娱乐个性化信息需求,从而建设更好地满足人民群众需要的旅游信息系统方面缺乏科学决策依据。
     本文在“把旅游业培育成国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的现代服务业”的大背景下,综合应用旅游地理学、管理统计学、信息科学和行为科学等专业的理论与方法,针对目前旅游信息系统建设中WebGIS侧重于技术层面、使用者真实行为感受与需要未得到充分重视,导致WebGIS在旅游信息系统中未起到应有作用的问题,从使用者为中心的视角对普通WebGIS使用者在休闲旅游信息搜寻时的行为特征与影响因素进行深入的分析研究。从提高旅游服务业服务质量,提高使用者个性化旅游信息需求的角度,从多学科结合的视角,探讨了影响普通人旅游信息搜索时使用WebGIS的主要影响因素,以及这些因素间具有什么内在关系。在对前人研究成果进行归纳整理的基础上,结合活动理论、TAM等理论,提出了对WebGIS功用应从个性维度、休闲旅游情境、行为态度、空间信息四维度进行测量,构建了WebGIS旅游信息搜索功用评价模型,并利用问卷调查数据对模型进行了验证。研究成果可为相关旅游部门或企业设计以使用者为中心旅游信息系统提供决策参考依据。
     根据研究成果,以某市旅委“旅游在线”的信息化建设项目为例,结合WebGIS技术层面因素对旅游目的地网站整合WebGIS电子地图提出技术框架与方案建议,为后继的二期项目建设提供理论与实践支持。
Geographic Information System (GIS), which can set the function of database, map expression and spatial analysis as one, is an excellent management tool to express and deal with the complex tourism information. With the development of information technology, the GIS integration with the Web has turn into a Web-based service platform that encourages data exchange among members of the public from an proprietary system. WebGIS, as a product of the combination of GIS and the Internet, has the ability to integrate multiple formats of information, in addition to its highly interactive features, has been acknowledged as a great tool for recreation and tourism information searching. Today, more and more Chinese local tourism administrative departments have considered the electronic map based on WebGIS as an important content when constructing on local tourist destination management system. However, because of the lack of knowledge about the public using WebGIS in recreation and travel information search, travel related departments and enterprises can not build on tourism information system based on WebGIS that satisfy the public's need very well, and there are still a lot of things to do in order to better satisfy the visitor's need for WebGIS.
     With the background of developing the tourism industry of the national economy and the modern service industry satisfied with people in China, this paper, integrated with the application of professional theory and method such as management statistics, GIS, information technology and cartography, tourism management, and so on, focus on not the technical level of the tourism information system, but the recreation travel user who's real feel and behavior not to get enough attention, and the interaction between the user and the WebGIS function in the information system, which is the really important. On the basis of analysis and investigation, the author summarized the characteristics of the WebGIS user and the relationship between user and tourism information system function based on WebGIS, which is important to design for the tourism information system that the user really care for. On the basis of summary of the previous research achievements, combined with the Activity Theory and TAM theory, and so on, another important work of the paper is an evaluation model about WebGIS utilization in travel information search were constructed, which is important to research the WebGIS user's behavior characteristic. And the model is validated based on the questionnaire survey.
     According to the research results, the author, combined with the construction of Tourism Online Project supported by Hangzhou, a beautiful travel city in China, proposed some suggestions for subsequent project construction integrated with WebGIS, which can provide a theoretical and practical support for the project.
