基于GPRS的LED显示屏控制系统的研究与设计

摘要
随着科技的发展,LED广告屏的性能不断提高,并且价格越来越低,LED广告屏作为一种新型信息显示媒体在现代信息社会当中得到越来越多人的认可并被广泛的应用,目前广告屏的发展方向之一就是无线LED广告屏的设计与使用。
     本论文提出的无线LED广告屏的设计方案是针对尚未架设通讯线路与电源线路、人流较大、有广告宣传的价值地方,要求环境为露天并且被GPRS信号所覆盖。以MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,实现LED显示驱动、LED广告屏的无线通讯、LED太阳能收集、电源检测与控制等功能。硬件电路系统的设计采用了当前应用广泛的低功耗芯片MSP430F149作为控制器,结合其他CMOS芯片作为外围部件,搭建了一种典型的无线LED广告屏的硬件结构,配合太阳能供电发挥系统低功耗的特点,系统稳定可靠。充分利用了主控芯片自带的AD转换功能对蓄电池电压进行实时采样,提高了电源检测的精度,保证了系统供电系统的稳定。无线信息传输采用了SIM300C模块,利用GPRS无线网络传输对字模和控制命令进行信息可靠传输,对字模编码的读取与匹配在控制模块进行,避免了大量数据量的无线传输问题,使无线信息传输更简洁稳定,提高传输可靠性。上位机编程采用了VB,实现的文字到字模的转换和字模与控制命令的发送。下位机采用了采用模块化的程序设计方法,分为了系统控制模块与LED驱动两部分,各部分下分多个程序功能模块,将各个功能模块分别进行独立编程。
With the development of science and technology, LED advertising screen with improving performance and price lower, LED advertising screen as a new information display media in the modern information society get more people's recognition of and widely application, at present one of the development direction of advertising screen is the wireless LED advertising screen design and use.
     Demanding environment must open for the covered and GPRS signal,this paper presents a design of wireless LED advertising screen where there is no lines of communication and power lines set up, much people passing by, and only request in written form of advertising. This design with MSP430 microcontroller as control core, realized the function of the wireless communication, LED solar collecting, power of testing and controlling, function circuit design of LED display drivering. Hardware circuit system was designed using the applied widely and low-powered chip MSP430F149 as controller, combined with other CMOS chips as peripheral parts, built a kind of typical wireless LED advertising screen in practical aspect of hardware structure. The solar power plays with the characteristics of the low consumption, the system is stable and reliable, and fully utilized the main control chip bringing AD transform function battery voltage of real-time sampling, and improved the accuracy of power testing system, and ensured the stability of the power supply system. Wireless information transmission adopts the SIM300C module, using GPRS wireless network transmission control command of font and information reliable transmission, to read and matching word-model codes in control module, to avoid a lot of amount of data,making the transmission more concise and stable. PC programming adopted VB, realizing the conversion of Chinese characters to unicode and the transmission of unicode andcontrolling command. Software of microcomputer system divided into the system control module and LED drive module, each functional module divided into different tasks,and independent programmed respectively.
