基于.NET技术的林权管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着信息技术的迅速发展和林业信息化建设的不断深入,通过网络实现林权信息的统一管理,将成为今后林权管理信息系统的发展方向。林权管理信息系统依据林权管理信息化建设的发展要求,以林权管理工作的网络化实现为核心,克服了现有林权管理系统的功能单一、效率低、可扩展性和开放性差的缺点,构建了一个基于Internet的管理高效、功能强大、安全可靠的林权信息管理平台。
     论文着眼于林权管理信息系统的设计与实现,比较详细地介绍了林权管理信息系统的开发背景、开发意义、系统需求分析、系统整体设计方案以及一些系统实现的技术细节,主要针对系统性能优化和系统的安全性设计做了详细的阐述。论文探讨了.NET技术在该系统中的应用,同时,对.NET技术在管理信息系统中的可用性进行了有益的探索。最后对林权管理信息系统的开发与应用做了比较全面的总结与展望。
     论文设计与实现的林权管理信息系统采用基于B/S的三层体系结构,采用.NET技术以及SQL Server数据库技术进行系统的开发与实现。系统划分为三个子系统:数据管理子系统、数据分析与报表子系统和系统安全子系统。系统在扩展性、移植性和维护性等众多方面具有优良的特性,能够科学高效地对林权信息进行管理,并确保林权信息的安全性,从而将林权管理提高到一个新的应用层次。系统试运行与测试结果表明:系统运行良好,实现了预期的功能,达到了预期的目的。
With the development of information technology and forestry's informatization construction, the unified management of forest rights by the use of network will become the standard practice for the MIS of forest-right management. Based on the requirements of the forest-right informatization construction, the MIS of forest-right management centered by the realization of Net-based management of forest rights, overcomes the flaws which exist in the original system of forest-right management, and constructs a highly efficient, powerful, reliable and safe platform of forest-right management which is based on Internet.
    The thesis, which fixes attention on the design and realizing of the MIS of forest-right management, introduces the development's background, the development's meaning, need analysis, overall design project and some technique details of the MIS of forest-right management and explains in detail the technique aimed at system performance optimization and system safety. The thesis analyzes .NET technology application in the system, and some useful research work on the availability of .NET technology in MIS. Finally the thesis summarizes the development and application of the MIS of forest-right management.
    The MIS of forest-right management, which this thesis has designed and realized, adopts a three-layer system construction based on B/S, the .NET technology, and SQL Server database technology to proceed the system development and realizing. The system consists of 3 sub-systems: data management sub-system, data analysis and report sub-system, and system security sub-system. The system has excellent characters in such aspects as expansibility, transplantation and maintenance. It concentrates to manage the information of forest rights scientifically and efficiently, while guaranteeing the safety of the information, therefore puts the management of forest rights to a new level of application. The running and testing result of the system proves that the system is running well and achieves the function and purpose expected.
