南昌市公交智能调度控制系统设计

摘要
随着我国国民经济的持续快速发展,城市化进程不断加速,城市功能不断扩展,城市人口日益膨胀,城市经济贸易和社会活动日趋繁忙,从而使得城市交通发生了前所未有的迅速增长。传统的道路交通设施和管理模式已很难适应现代社会的需求,一些城市交通拥堵、出行不便等问题日益突出,严重影响了人民群众的正常生活和城市的发展。优先发展城市公共交通,提高公共交通信息化建设水平,改善公交服务质量,吸引更多乘客乘坐公交出行无疑是解决这一矛盾的首选途径。
     本论文课题是江西省交通厅运管局的应用科技项目:“城市客运智能调度和应急指挥平台系统设计”的子课题。课题主要内容是对南昌市公交智能调度控制系统进行设计。本设计运用系统工程理论将3G网络技术、车辆定位技术、地理信息系统技术、公交运营优化技术、计算机网络技术、数据库技术、通信技术、多媒体发布技术、电子技术和智能卡技术等先进技术科学集成,从而实现对南昌市公共交通系统的智能调度控制。设计主要内容包括南昌市公交的智能定位监控、无线视频监控和智能化调度以及电子站牌的设计等。
     南昌市公交智能调度控制系统的建设,运用先进的科学技术手段改造传统的公交运营模式,可实现对系统运营车辆的实时监控,实时掌握公交车辆运行状况和客流数据,通过对人、车、线路等资源合理优化整合和实时管理,可提升车辆的满载率和南昌市公交系统的客运服务能力。对缓解市内公共交通压力、减轻交通拥挤、降低运输成本、提高公交企业的效益、减少交通事故的发生和降低环境污染等方面均具有十分重要的意义。
Along with the sustainable and rapid development of national economy, acceleration of the urbanization process, the continuous expansion of urban functions and the increment of urban population, urban economic trade and social activities are increasingly busy. Urban transport is also undergoing an unprecedented rapid growth. Traditional road transportation infrastructure and management model can not be satisfied by the requirement of modern society. A number of problems like urban traffic congestion have become increasingly prominent, seriously affecting people's daily life and urban development. The approaches to resolve those contradictions are prior developing urban public transport, improving informatization of public transport, improving public transport service and attracting more public transport passengers.
     This dissertation is sub-topic of "Design of Urban Passenger Intelligent Scheduling and Emergency Command Platform System", which belongs to the applied technology project managed by board of transport department, the transportation bureau of Jiangxi province. The project aims to design an intelligent scheduling control system for Nanchang by integrating high technologies on systems engineering including 3G network technology, vehicle location technology, geographic information systems technology, bus operational optimization technology, computer network technology, database technology, communication technology, multimedia distribution technology, electronic technology and smart card technology. In practical, it can be implemented into the design such as intelligent positioning control, wireless video surveillance, intelligent scheduling, and electronic bus stop board to achieve intelligent scheduling control for Nanchang public transport system.
     By using the high technology to optimize the traditional public transport operational model, design of the Nanchang public transport intelligent dispatching control system achieves real-time monitoring on vehicle under operation of the system and obtains information of the operational conditions and passenger data. Since resources like passenger, vehicles, routes are rationally integrated and managed in real-time, the vehicle's full load ratio and public transport passenger service level are enhanced. The system helps release the pressure on the city's public transport, reduce traffic congestion and transportation costs, improve efficiency of public transport enterprise, and bring down traffic accidents and environmental pollution.
