电子招标系统应用模式研究
摘要
本论文旨在对招标代理机构的电子招标现状分析,详细阐述电子招标的具备的成熟条件和优势,以及面临的风险和应对措施,并且以上海宝华电子招标实际应用为案例,全面分析其应用价值、业务流程、系统框架、关键技术、管理措施、实施策略等各个方面,并详细介绍了上海宝华电子招标应用的一个实际案例。总结了一套适合国内招标代理机构的电子招标系统应用模式。
This thesis analyzed the e-bidding present situation of bidding agent , and elaborated the advantages and risks of e-bidding system ,as well as the solution measures. Taking the real application of BAOHUA e-bidding system as case, the thesis analyzed the business model ,system architecture ,core technology , implementation roadmap and methodology, management measures , and so on . By using the methods of comparison and induction, it has researched a series of patterns for e-bidding system application which is suitable for domestic bidding agent .
