应急配电设备安全监测研究

摘要
本文研究的课题来源于“十五”国家重大技术装备研制项目《船舶电气模块—MEM设计》。
     本课题结合大型船舶应急配电室电气设备安全监测的需要,查阅了大量的国内外资料,多次深入实船调查研究,在此基础上主要进行了电缆电动力的分析与计算、电动力测力仪的研制及电动力检测系统的开发,并完成了UPS电源监测软件及监测数据传输软件的开发。在电动力检测研究中,本文研究分析了电缆电动力的产生、电动力频率及计算;根据电动力检测需要经过反复试验,研制出整体压电式电动力测力仪,完成了测力仪的结构设计、弹性环节的分析计算、特性标定、模拟实验;设计开发出电动力检测系统,主要完成了电缆电动力检测模块、数据库模块以及用户管理模块设计。在UPS电源监测研究中,根据大型船舶UPS电源的安全监测需要,分析了Wen13-1/2 FPSO的应急电源原理图,设计出UPS电源监测软件,解决了UPS状态监测及故障报警问题。实现了对该系统多个监测信号的数据采集、处理、存储、显示及网络传输;设计了UPS电源监测软件,主要内容包括数据采集程序设计,数据显示与界面设计,数据库程序设计,监测数据网络传输程序设计等。
     本文对所研制的电动力测力仪进行了静态、动态标定,电动力检测系统经过反复试验,结果符合设计要求。对UPS电源监测系统结合实验室条件进行了模拟实验,结果表明该软件系统运行稳定、安全,达到了预期效果。
This research subject is from the "Marine Electrical Module Research", which is supported by the tenth five-year national project for developing great technical equipment.
    According to the needs of electrical system safety monitoring in marine emergency power supply room, lots of books are refered, and a lot of investigation is made. The thesis consists of the calculation of electro-dynamic forces, the design of the electro-dynamic forces dynamometer, the design of electro-dynamic forces measurement system and the research of UPS safety monitoring system. In the part of electro-dynamic forces research, the cause and calculation of electro-dynamic forces is studied. According to the needs of project, after the structure design, the analysis of the flexible segment and many experiments, a piezoelectric electro-dynamic forces dynamometer is designed, and an electro-dynamic forces measurement system is developed, which consists of measurement module, database module and user module. According to the needs of the marine UPS safety monitoring, after the analysis of the emergency power supply a UPS safety monitoring system is designed to solve the problem of state monitoring of UPS f
    ault alarm, which has the functions of signals' data acquisition, processing, storage, display and network transfer etc. The programming content of the software includes the data acquisition, the data display and graphical interface design, the database design, and the network data transfer etc.
    The electro-dynamic forces dynamometer is calibrated and the electro-dynamic forces measurement system is tested. The result proved them practicable and reliable. The UPS safety monitoring system is tested, and the result shows it is reliable and meets the anticipation.
