无线智能光笔式坐标测量机的硬件电路设计

摘要
本论文所研究的对象是基于智能相机和无线传输技术的光笔式三坐标测量机,着重介绍其硬件实现方法。目前,市场上的光笔三坐标测量机都是PC-Based系统,其图像处理程序和算法程序均在计算机中完成,相机只是负责采集图像和对图像进行简单的处理后上传给计算机。然而,本论文所研究的光笔式坐标测量机利用智能相机集图像采集、图像处理及算法计算于一体的特点,代替一般工业相机只能采集图像的单一功能,成为整个测量机的核心。另外,对现有的光笔系统进行了改进设计。总之,改进后的光笔式三坐标测量机很大程度上提高了整个测量机的灵活性和便携性以及现场测量效率。
     本论文主要分析了国内外现有光笔式坐标测量机的优缺点,并在两方面对现有系统进行了改进设计:一、无线可调光笔系统的设计;二、智能相机系统的设计。
     论文所做的主要工作有以下几个方面:
     1.分析了光笔式坐标测量机的结构组成及测量原理,针对现有系统的不足,提出了改进方案;
     2.对比分析多套设计方案后,确定了光笔式坐标测量机系统可调光笔和智能相机的实现方案;
     3.设计了基于LED恒流驱动器TLC5923的可调光笔系统和基于DSP处理器TMS320DM642的智能相机系统的硬件电路;
     4.与无线模块nRF24E1相结合,构建了测量机系统无线和有线两种数据传输方式,完成了光笔、智能相机及计算机三者之间无线传输通道的硬件设计。
The study object of this paper is the light pen CMM based on intelligent camera and wireles transceiver technology, and the light pen CMM’s hardware design will be introduced emphatically. Recently, all the light pen CMM are pc-based systems, their image processing program and arithmetic program are all run in the computer. However, the light pen CMM this paper studied utilizes intelligent camera’s feature of combining image collection, image processing and arithmetic processing to displace of general industrial camera, which can only collect image, and becomes the core of the whole CMM. In addition, the current light pen system’s design is modified. In a word, the modified light pen CMM improves the portability and flexibility of the whole CMM system and the efficiency in field measurements.
     This paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of current light pen CMM, and modifys the design of the light pen CMM in two aspects: wireless adjustable light pen system and intelligent camera system.
     This paper’s main work is the following aspects:
     The light pen CMM’s structure and measurement principle are analyzed, and the modifing design is proposed for current light pen CMM system’s disadvantage.
     The best design project of light pen and intelligent camera of the light pen CMM is made.
     The hardware circuits of the light pen system based on TLC5923 and the intelligent camera based on TMS320DM642 are designed. Combined with wireless module nRF24E1, the light pen CMM’s wire and wireless data transmitting ways are designed, and the the hardware circuit of wireless data transmitting chunnel among light pen, intelligent camera and computer is design.
