情感策略在航空体育教学中对飞行学员心理健康影响的研究

摘要
现代战争中,空军对战争的进程和胜负起着举足轻重的作用。随着科学技术的迅速发展,空中战争和空中力量的作用将更加突出,对战争和冲突的进程及结局的影响将更加重要。高技术战争对飞行学员心理防线提出新的挑战,研究和探讨飞行学员心理健康教育训练问题具有重要的战略意义。
本论文从立足于情感策略在航空体育教学中对飞行学员心理健康影响的研究着手,对空军航空大学飞行学员心理健康进行调查和研究,主要采用文献资料法、心理测量法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、教学实验法和数理统计法,对调查结果进行统计分析。根据研究任务和条件,选择空军航空大学2010级两个学员队共220名飞行学员,对运用情感策略教学是否能促进飞行学员心理健康水平提高方面进行探讨研究。
本研究结论如下:
1.飞行学员心理压力过大,心理健康严重问题主要表现在强迫、恐怖、抑郁、人际关系敏感、焦虑等方面。影响飞行学员心理健康主要因素是社会环境、家庭环境、军校特殊环境和飞行学员自身特殊的心理特点。
2.运用情感策略教学能够有效地提高飞行学员的应激适应水平,建立良好的适应环境的能力,有利于飞行学员克服心理障碍,并能有效地预防飞行学员各种心理疾病的发生。
3.情感策略教学通过影响教学中体育锻炼的心理健康效应对飞行学员的心理健康起着积极的促进作用。
4.运用情感策略教学能够有效地调节和提高飞行学员的心理健康水平。主要表现在调节飞行学员的不良情绪、促进飞行学员的人际交住、培养飞行学员的意志品质等方面。
5.运用情感策略教学能够有效地调动飞行学员训练的主观能动性,发挥飞行学员的最大内在学习训练潜能,达到教与学的最佳效果,提高飞行学员的学习训练成绩。
The air force plays a very important role in the modern warfare, and they usually effect closely on the process and the outcome of the warfare. With the rapid development of science and technology, the role of the air force will become more prominent. The pilots need high psychological barrier to deal with the new challenges in the modern warfare. The study on the quality of pilot training in psychological health is very important. The study mainly focuses on the effect of emotion tactics on the psychological health during the flight students’education.
Literature collections, psychological measurements, questionnaires, expert interviews, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics, statistical analysis are used to do the research. Based on the tasks and conditions, 2 classes altogether 220 pilot students, who are from Air Force Aviation University are investigated for improving psychological health.
It’s concluded that,
1. There is strong pressure on the pilot students, who usually have serious psychological health problems such as force, terror, depression, sensitive interpersonal relation, anxiety, etc. The social environment, family environment, the special environment of the Air Force Aviation University and the special psychological characteristics of their own are all important factors effect on the pilot students’psychological health.
2. Utilizing the teaching method of emotion tactics can improve the pilot students’stress levels, to establish a good ability to adapt to the environment. And can also help students overcome the psychological barrier, effectively prevent the problems of various psychological disorders.
3. The teaching method of emotion tactics plays an active role in promoting the pilot students’psychological health by affecting the physical exercise psychological health effects.
4. The use of teaching method of emotion tactics can alleviate and improve effectively the psychological health of the pilot students. Mainly displays in adjusting their undesirable mood, promoting their interpersonal into the living, and cultivating a strong will for them, etc.
5. Using the teaching method of emotion tactics can effectively motivate the training subjective initiative and the biggest internal potential of the pilot students. Achieving the best effect of teaching and learning , improve the learning achievements of the pilot students.
