生态工业园的理论探索及方案设计

摘要
生态工业园作为工业领域的新生事物,在它身上体现了一系列环境保护领域的最新研究成果。本文参阅了大量的与生态工业园有关的翔实资料,对生态工业园区建设当中所涉及到的理论与实践经验作了总结与探讨。生态工业园作为可持续发展战略的具体实践手段,显示出了强大的生命力,已经成为我国第三代工业园区的发展方向。
     在循环经济和生态工业园相关理论的指导下,结合陕西韩城昝村工业开发区的具体资源优势和产业结构,本文研究了在此地发展生态工业,建立生态工业园区的可能性。通过对当地工业生态链的考察,确定了炭黑厂为生态工业园的核心企业,并努力使其在生产过程中符合工业生态学的要求。同时,通过对其它企业单元的技术改造和产业结构调整使当地企业之间在产品、废物、水、电、能量之间可以形成梯级循环利用,形成良好的生态网络。
     昝村开发区可以引进先进的环境管理体系,吸引更多的企业进入到工业生产的链条中来,不断的增强工业生态链的稳定度,使之成为当地经济发展的动力。并随着生态、环保的概念深入人心,逐步向建设生态城市的方向发展。
The establishment of Eco-industrial Parks is a totally brand-new idea in the process of industrial development. A series of latest research and practice in the field of environmental science can be embodies through the setup of EIPs. After detailed study of the relative data on EIPs, this thesis tempts to make a theoretical generalization and investigation about the successful performance of EIPs. As a practical means of sustainable development strategy, EIPs have shown a promising future, regarded as the direction of the construction of the third generation of industrial parks in China.
    Under the instruction of Recycle Economy and Industrial Ecology, combined with the specific local resources and local current industrial structure, this thesis is trying to realize the possibility of the construction of an eco-industrial park. On the basis of careful analysis, a Carbon Black factory was established as one the key anchor unit in this proposed EIP. The principles of Industrial Ecology are applied in every stage of its production process. Meanwhile, through cooperation and adjustment, other units in this park also join the industrial food chain. Thus a sound network of products, wastes, water, electricity and energy has been achieved.
    This EIP may as well introduce advanced environment management system in order to enlist more environment-friendly firms to enhance the stability of this eco-industrial system. Gradually it would someday become the engine of the local economy, transforming the whole region into an eco-city.
