航天电连接器综合应力加速寿命试验优化设计的研究

摘要
本文以Y11X-1419圆形电连接器为研究对象,在分析航天电连接器在环境温度和
    振动应力综合作用下失效机理的基础上,建立了航天电连接器的可靠性统计模型,提
    出并研究了航天电连接器综合加速寿命试验方案的优化设计方法和模拟评价方法,同
    时对试验方案进行了优化设计和模拟评价。
     首先,介绍了国内外可靠性研究的发展历史和现状,对可靠性试验的方法及发展
    趋势,航天电连接器可靠性研究的现状和存在的问题,可靠性试验方案优化设计中存
    在的问题进行了回顾和评述。
     其次,详细介绍了航天电连接器表面镀层工艺问题,探讨了航天电连接器在温度
    和振动应力综合作用下的失效机理,推断出失效物理方程,根据航天电连接器的结构
    和磨损腐蚀物的增长规律确立了航天电连接器的失效寿命分布,建立了可靠性统计模
    型,为加速寿命试验方案的制定奠定了基础。
     第三,通过比较全面试验设计、正交设计和均匀设计各自的特点,针对可靠性加
    速寿命试验的实际要求,寻找了一组较优的应力水平搭配方案,使产品在正常应力水
    平时寿命估计值的精度较高,试验时间较短,同时减少样本数量。
     第四,建立并研究了航天电连接器在环境温度和振动应力综合作用下的加速寿命
    试验方案的优化设计模型,并依据所提出的优化设计方法和均匀正交试验理论对航天
    电连接器综合应力加速寿命试验方案进行了优化。
     第五,提出并研究了加速寿命试验方案的模拟评价方法。对均匀正交试验方案和
    全面试验方案进行模拟评价和比较,以证实均匀正交试验方案的可行性。并最终确定
    最优的加速寿命试验方案,为后期的试验工作做好准备。
     最后,对全文的研究内容进行了总结,并指出了航天电连接器可靠性试验和数据
    统计分析研究中需要进一步研究的内容及本基金课题的下一步工作方向。
In this dissertation, the model Y1 1X-1419 electrical connector was taken as the object, under temperature and vibration stresses, the failure mechanism has been analyzed, the Reliability Model has been built. Based on above, the Accelerated Life Test Optimum Design Model of electrical connectors has been attained, and the Simulated Evaluation on the Optimum Model has been done.Firstly, briefly stated the developing history and current situation of Reliability Engineering, introduced the Reliability Test Methods and developing trends. Moreover, the electrical connectors' reliability research's current situation and existing problems, and the existing problems on reliability test plan optimum design were presented.Secondly, introduced the surface plating technology for electrical connectors in detail, through analyzing the failure mechanism of electrical connectors under temperature and vibration stresses, educed the failure physical equation, according to the structure of the electrical connectors and the regular pattern of the wearing and corrosion products growing process, established the reliability statistical model, laid a foundation for working out electrical connectors reliability test plans.Thirdly, by means of comparing the comprehensive test design, orthogonal design and uniformly design, adapt to the actual requirements of accelerated life test, catch an excellent accelerated life text plan, which make the estimate value have the well precision in normal stress level, at the same time that can reduce the sample number and shorten the test time.Fourthly, built and researched optimizing design model of constant stress accelerated life test plans under the temperature and vibration stresses. Combined with the uniformly orthogonal design, the test plan has been optimized.Fifthly, proposed and researched the evaluation method of accelerated life test plans by simulation. Through comparing and simulating the uniformly orthogonal design plan and comprehensive test plan, proved that the uniformly orthogonal design plan is feasible, and given out the final optimum test plan.Eventually, gave a conclusion to research content of the entire dissertation, and proposed the research content of the reliability test and analysis of electrical connectors, and the research direction of this Foundation project.
