现浇钢筋混凝土空心楼盖设计与应用

摘要
随着我国经济建设的高速发展,人民生活水平的提高。各种大跨度,大空间的公用及民用建筑越来越多的出现,对于结构安全性,空间利用率,节能环保等方面的要求也越来越强,传统的现浇混凝土楼盖体系中限制瓶颈也越来越明显。如何充分利用建筑材料的力学性能优点,以安全稳定,经济高效为前提就是现今结构工程人员所面对的一个重要课题。随着技术的逐步成熟和新型材料的出现,集传统现浇楼盖和无梁楼盖特点于一体的现浇混凝土空心楼板开始出现在工程应用中。它利用预制空心的概念将不同形状的采用高强分子材料的薄壁内模(圆形、矩形、管形等)埋入混凝土板中,或单向或双向排列,现场浇筑成型混凝土空心楼板。现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构具有混凝土用量少、结构自重轻、地震作用小、降低楼层层高、设备管材的设置便利,节省材料、隔声隔热效果好、降低工程总体造价等优点受到了广大建筑单位和技术人员的欢迎。近年来由于现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构理论已经十分成熟,对于现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构已有较多的设计上的研究成果,国内研究生产空心楼盖内模的单位较多,产品类型也多,适用范围及优缺点也有很大的不同。针对不同内模的空心楼盖结构在工程实例上的比较及分析研究较少,这导致在实际工程中缺乏具体的方案对比分析。
     本文先是介绍现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构体系的设计理论,国内外对此体系的研究及分析发展。分析现浇混凝土空心楼盖与传统现浇梁板楼盖两种体系之间的差异,通过建立几种不同的结构模型,经过结构设计软件计算后对比结构方案在结构受力,建筑经济性能上的差异.综合分析几种结构形式。总结出实际工程中现浇混凝土空心楼盖的设计和施工的一些要点和问题,最后针对一个实际工程使用到现浇空心楼盖作结构方案的总结。为实际工作中对现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构体系的设计和应用提供一个比较简单实用的指导方法。
With the rapid development of our country's economic construction, the improvement of people's living standard. All the big span, space of public and civil building more and more appear, for security structure, space utilization, energy conservation and environmental protection requirements also more and more strong, the traditional cast-in-situ concrete floor system limit bottleneck is becoming more and more obvious. How to make full use of building the mechanical properties of materials with its security and stability, economic efficiency for the premise is nowadays structure engineering personnel place in the face of an important issue. As technology gradually mature and new materials, the appearance of traditional set at the floor and no slab floor characteristics in the integration of cast-in-situ concrete hollow slab began to appear in the engineering application. It use the concept with different shapes of the high molecular materials of thin-wall internal model (round and rectangular, tubular) embedded in concrete board, in a certain direction is arranged, the scene casting concrete hollow slab shape. Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure a concrete consumption structure, light weight, small earthquakes, reduce the floor of a tall, equipment pipe set convenience, save material, sound insulation good insulation effect, reduce the cost of engineering overall advantage by many construction unit and technical personnel's welcome. In recent years because of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure theory has very mature, for cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure for more on the design of the research achievements, the domestic study of production hollow floor internal model unit is more, product type is much also, the scope of the advantages and disadvantages and also has the very big difference. According to different internal model of the hollow floor structure in the engineering example comparison and analysis on less, this led to the lack of specific in practical engineering analysis basis.
     This paper first introduces cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure system design theory, this system at home and abroad of research and analysis to development.Analysis of in-situ cast concrete hollow floor slab floor with the traditional differences between the two systems, through the establishment of several different structural models,after structural design software program calculated contrast structure in the force structure, building on the economic performance differences comprehensive analysis of several structural forms.Summed up the actual project in-situ concrete hollow floor design and construction of some key points and issues for the practical work on the in-situ concrete hollow floor structure system design and application of a relatively simple and practical guidelines.Finally, a practical project for the use of the in-situ hollow floor structure of the program for a summary.
