通信企业高效班组建设探究
摘要
本文试图运用管理学知识,论述如何建设通信企业高效的班组。班组是企业的细胞、是企业的基础单位,企业的各项经营指标通过策划分解最终都会落地到企业各生产班组,所以班组运转的高效与否,直接关系到企业的整体效益,通信企业更是班组众多,在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,如何更加有效的发挥班组的功能,使得班组能够高效的完成公司分解、下达的各项生产任务,对企业至关重要。源于各电信运营商对渠道的重视,近几年通信企业的班组建设速度惊人。而紧随着班组建设而出现的问题便是如何尽快的让班组发挥应尽的服务、营销作用,进而,更加高效的运转,从而完成企业下达的各项生产任务,成了企业不可忽视的重要工作。作者通过在营业班组近六年的工作经历,通过实际的班组平台建设研究、班组的岗位设置优化的实施、班组制度建设的开展和不断完善、班组文化建设的探索和建立,借助各营业班组的工作量数据搜集、实地调研、员工访谈、先进地市的学习等方式,对高效班组建设进行了长期、全面的研究,从而得出了高效班组建设的几个方面工作及开展重点。借此希望能够给通信企业在班组建设中提供一些参考。
This article aims to expound, through analysis of management episteme and theory, how to establish effective working teams in communications industry. The working team is the cell and base unit of an enterprise. All the targets or indices of the enterprises, after planed differentiation, will eventually have to be executed by every single working team. Therefore, whether the team is efficient or not is directly related to the overall benefit optimization of the enterprise. It is particularly important to the communications industry with so many different working teams. So far today in the increasingly competitive atmosphere of the market, it becomes crucial issue for the enterprises that the how the working teams to play a more effective function to complete every production tasks of the company. There's an alarming team-construction in recent years because of the high focus about the operating channels of the telecom operators. Meanwhile, the following problem that cannot be ignored is how to make the working teams play the role at bounden service and marketing, and thus bringing more efficient operation to complete the tasks assigned by the company.
