济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设研究

摘要
如何进行企业文化创新并落实到企业基层部门和人员当中去是我国企业文化建设面临的重要课题。班组文化是企业文化的具体应用表象,是企业文化的核心构成部分。本文在已有研究的基础上,依据班组文化理论,结合实地调研资料,采用模糊综合评价模型,深入研究济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设现状及存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出对策建议,以期提升济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设能力,为济南长途汽车总站今后的班组文化建设提供有益的理论指导和路径选择,对类似企业的班组文化建设也有良好的借鉴意义。
     本文将按照如下的顺序展开研究:
     第一章,引言。主要包括研究背景和意义、研究内容和方法以及研究创新三部分内容。本章从企业文化的视角提出班组文化建设,并揭示本文的研究目的、意义、内容和方法。
     第二章,班组文化理论及研究动态。现有关于班组文化的理论研究远未形成企业文化的理论体系和研究范畴框架,零散而不系统,从而不能对班组文化建设实践提供有效的指导。本文结合已有文献对班组文化理论进行梳理和归纳,以期弥补这一缺陷。本章主要从班组文化的内涵、构成要素及地位和作用三个方面对班组文化理论体系进行概述。另外,通过较系统考察班组文化的研究动态,揭示现有研究存在的问题,为下文的研究提供相应的理论方法和工具。
     第三章,济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设现状。济南长途汽车总站一直积极培育班组文化,并颇具成效,取得了一系列阶段性成果,但也存在明显的不足。本章在实地调查的基础上,综合分析济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设已经取得的显著成绩及其原因;同时,也分析了该站在班组文化建设上的缺陷和不足,为该站的班组文化建设对策分析提供实践依据和分析基础。
     第四章,济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设评价。本文在理论分析的基础上,以模糊综合评价为基本工具,依据其班组文化建设实践,结合实地调研和调查问卷统计结果,从班组文化建设举措、班组文化建设实证评价以及班组文化建设成效三个方面对济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设现状进行了综合评价。评价结果为有针对性地提出该站的班组文化建设对策提供了详实的数据依据和理论基础。
     第五章,济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设存在的问题。依据济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设实践,运用实地调研和调查问卷统计结果,从组织管理和企业文化的视角深入剖析济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设存在的问题。
     第六章,济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设对策建议。基于理论分析和调查研究结果,针对济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设存在的问题,从完善班组制度建设和突出创新性班组文化建设两个方面提出济南长途汽车总站班组文化建设对策建议。
How to carry out enterprise cultural innovation and put it into fundamental departments and personal employees is still the major issue faced with by our enterprise culture construction. Team culture is the appearance of the specific application of the corporate culture, and the core component of enterprise culture. In this paper, based on existing research, according to team culture theory, combined with field survey data, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the paper deeply researches present situation and exsiting problems of Jinan Bus Terminal team culture construction, and give some advice for the problems in order to promote ability of culture construction, and provide useful theoretical guidance and path selection for the future of Jinan Bus Terminal team culture construction. It will have a good reference to similar culture construction of companies.
     The content arrangement of this paper is briefly introduced as follows:
     Chapter I, preface. The main contents cover research background and significance, research contents and methods, and research innovation. From the perspective of company culture, the paper reveals its research purpose, meaning, content, and method.
     Chapter II, class cultural theories and its research trend. The present theory on class culture is fragmented and unsystematic, far away from the achievement of comprehensive theory system and framework, which can't afford the task of effectively directing the construction of class culture. Combining with the existing literature, the paper combs class culture theory in the hope of offsetting the defect. The Chapter describes the class culture theory system from its connotation, constitution, status and role. In addition, through a more systematic and dynamic study of the team culture, revealing the problems of existing research, it provides the corresponding theoretical methods and tools for the study below.
     Chapter III, the present situation of the class cultural construction of Jinan Long-distance bus station. Jinan Bus Terminal has been active in fostering team culture, and quite effectively made a series of initial results, but there are obvious shortcomings. This chapter based on the field survey, comprehensively analyze the remarkable achievements and its reasons in Jinan Bus Terminal team; at the same time, the chapter also analyzes the defects and deficiencies exsiting in the cultural construction of this station, which provide practical and analysed basis for the team culture measures.
     Chapter IV, the evaluation of the class cultural construction of Jinan Long-distance bus station. This article in theoretical analysis's foundation, takes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the basic tool, rests on its class cultural construction practice, combines the spot investigations and survey result, from three aspects of the measures, empirical evaluation as well as the result of the class cultural construction, the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the present situation of the class cultural construction of Jinan Long-distance bus station.The evaluation has provided the full and accurate data basis and theoretical basis for the class cultural construction of this station.
     Chapter V, the problems of the class cultural construction situation of Jinan Long-distance bus station. According to the practice of the class cultural construction of Jinan Long-distance bus station, using field research and survey results, from organizational management and corporate culture perspective, the chapter deeply analyzes the exsiting problems of cultural construction in Jinan Bus Terminal team.
     Chapter VI, the measures and suggestions of the class culture construction of Jinan Long-distance bus station. Based on theory analysis and investigation results, for the problems of the class culture construction of Jinan Long-distance bus station, the paper puts forward to the construction measures and suggestions from two aspects of perfecting class system construction and highlighting innovative class culture construction.
