基于TRIZ理论的电牵引采煤机概念设计

摘要
电牵引采煤机概念设计的目的就是提出电牵引采煤机创新设计方案,提高产品的理想化水平
     本文首先对概念设计的内涵、特点及作用和TRIZ概况、运用及主要内容作了简要的介绍,然后根据机械产品概念设计流程和TRIZ理论创新设计流程提出了改进型机械产品概念设计框架及其创新设计流程,并应用它形成电牵引采煤机改进设计创新方案。
     该方法为改进型机械产品创新概念方案的形成提供有效的手段,有利于提高机械产品的理想化水平
     针对电牵引采煤机开发和制造的现状,本文进行了以下方面的工作:
     1.根据概念设计流程和TRIZ理论创新流程,提出改进型机械产品概念设计框架和创新设计流程;
     2.建立了电牵引采煤机功能结构模型。在分析了采煤机械截割煤岩的特点的基础上,克服了截割运动和牵引运动控制相互隔离状态,建立起他们之间的联系。为实现工程问题的需求功能定位,找到机械产品对应的工程问题技术系统奠定了基础。
     3.针对客户需求及电牵引采煤机的功能结构实现工程问题的功能定位,完成了基于TRIZ理论的电牵引采煤机组件的功能关联分析和根本原因分析,为进一步用TRIZ理论解决问题作了前期准备。
     4.由根本原因分析结果定义技术冲突和物理冲突,应用创新原理和物一场分析方法,以TRIZ理论中理想度法则为出发点提出了电牵引采煤机的概念设计方案。通过二级模糊综合评价模型的评价结果知到创新方案优于原始方案。
The objective of electro-haulage shearer's conceptual design is to put forward programs of electro-haulage shearer's innovation design and improve its idealizing level.
     The thesis firstly introduced the meaning, characteristics and effect of conceptual design as well as general situation of TRIZ, its application and main contents, then produced frame and flow diagram of innovation design basing on mechanical products' conceptual design and TRIZ theory. At same time, the flow of diagram was applied to innovative design of electro-haulage shearer and formed innovating conceptual program.
     The method is means of forming innovating conceptual design program on innovation-type mechanical product and in favor to improve the idealizing level of mechanical product.
     In allusion to actuality of development and manufacture on electro-haulage shearer at present, the thesis carried on several tasks as follow:
     1. The conceptual design frame and flow of innovation are brought forward basing on flow of mechanical products' conceptual design and innovating flow of TRIZ theory.
     2. Built up function structure model of electro-haulage shearer. The state of insulation was conquered between cutting movement and haulage movement, and their affiliation was built up at the base of cutting coal's analysis on excavator. It could realize the requirement function location of engineering problem. This established the basis for finding out technique system assemblies of engineering problem on mechanical products.
     3. Realize the function location of engineering problem in allusion to client requirements and function structure of electro-haulage. The function-connection analysis and root case analysis that based on TRIZ theory were finished about assemblies of electro-haulage shearer and the preparations in advance were ready for resolving engineering problem with TRIZ theory.
     4. Defined the technical contradictory and physical contradictory by root case analysis and put forward conceptual design program of electro-haulage shearer by applying to innovation principle and substance-field analysis grounding on Law of Idealizing Degree of TRIZ. The innovating program senior to original program was known by results of two-stage fuzzy synthetical evaluation.
