地图制图与空间数据生产一体化理论和技术的研究

摘要
地图制图与空间数据生产是地图工作者从事的两项主要任务,本文目的就是把两方面的要求结合起来,在一个生产流程中同时得到两项成果,实现事半功倍的一体化生产技术方法。本文全面系统的研究了地图制图与空间数据生产一体化的理论和核心技术,主要内容和结论如下:
     1.数字制图基本理论的探讨。提出了“静态数字制图”和“动态数字制图”的概念,论述它们各自特点和研究方法,并提出地图制图和空间数据生产都属于“静态数字制图”;通过研究地图和空间数据的相互转换过程,发现空间数据生产是地图信息损失的过程,根据空间数据来进行地图生产必须先实现地图符号化,然后再进行地图信息的补充处理;本文提出的“地图生产模型”是现有各种数字化生产模式的基础,从理论上论证了一体化生产模式是最优模式,推导出“先空间数据生产,后地图出版”的一体化生产流程,并归纳总结了当前数字化生产的4种基本生产模式和9种应用情况。
     2.一体化生产模式核心技术的研究。本文指出解决空间数据的地图表达是实现一体化生产模式的第一个关键,其中地图数据符号化技术贯彻全部过程,实现了基于地图符号的空间数据生产,并在地图出版阶段,通过面状符号配置、要素压盖、蒙片等地图出版处理技术,实现地图出版;本文把属性管理技术应用在地图制图中,实现了属性数据库支持下的地图编辑。在地图内容增加和修改时,属性信息和符号化图形始终一同变化,保证了在地图生产的同时又完成空间数据生产或更新,这成为一体化生产模式的第二个关键;对地图生产中的多源数据利用作了较为全面的研究,包括资料分类、数据获取方法和数据处理方法。把各种资料数据统一在一个应用平台上,保证了地图和空间数据的现势性;提出了基于生产过程的空间数据误差分类方法,并认为人为操作误差是最不易控制的、影响空间数据质量的主要因素,并提出空间数据可视化是对数据误差最为有效的检查手段;本文提出的地图分版处理方法,适用于超大数据量、矢量图像混合、多颜色专色印刷的地图出版,并在实践中得到应用。
     3.一体化生产模式的应用。在一体化生产模式理论和技术的研究基础上,设计开发了“1:25万协同图数字制图系统”,它在军事测绘部门得到广泛应用,全国范围的1:25万协同图生产和1:25万地图数据库更新的任务都采用该软件系统进行,这是对一体化生产模式的理论、技术的最好验证。
At present,the map-makers have two main works:map production and spatial data capturing. This paper's purpose is to integrate them and to gain both of map and spatial data in one production process for getting twice the result with half the effort. In this paper,the author discusses systematically the theory and the key technology of integration of map production and spatial data capturing. The main content and results of this research are detailed as following:
    1. The theoretical research on digital mapping.
    The author puts forward to the concepts of Static and Dynamic Digital Mapping,and addresses their characteristic and methods,considers that map production and spatial data capturing are static. After analyzing and study two transitions of Map to Spatial Data and Spatial Data to Map,the author thinks the spatial data capturing is a loss map information process,and for map production firstly symbolize from spatial data,then reinforce the map information. The Map Production Model (MPM) is the summary of all kinds of map production. The integration model is the best model in MPM and it infers that "Spatial Data First,Map Second " is the production process. It summarizes four models as well as nine instances,which often occur in the process of digital mapping.
    2. The key technology in the integration model.
    The map symbolization is the first key in this model. The spatial data can be compiled through map symbols. For publishing paper map,some approaches,for examples,area feature symbolization,feature covering,making mask and so on,are accomplished on the process. It is the second key that spatial attribute database management is applied in digital mapping. When a user adds or changes a feature,its attribute and symbol will be changed together. These ensure map production,while spatial data capturing or updating. Study application methods of the multi-sources data in map production,including sort of sources,data collection,and data processing,in order to updating the map and spatial data in one platform. Put forward the new sort of spatial data error based on production. The artificial operation error is the main affection part on spatial data quality. Spatial data visualization is the best method of checking data. Discuss the method of map data to apart-color EPS file,it fits to map publish of mass data,mix vec
    tor and grid data and multi-special color data.
    3. The application of the integration model. With this model we design and program the Digital Mapping System of 1:250,000 joint operations map,and this system has been applied widely in the military mapping field,for 1:250,000 joint operations map production and updating 1:250,000 map database. This is the best validation about the integration model.
