河北北部干旱区蜘蛛对牧草主要害虫控制的研究

摘要
本研究课题来源于河北省自然科学基金资助项目“河北北部干旱区牧草蜘蛛群落及对主要害虫控制的研究”,是该项目的重要组成部分。本文概述了国内外农业害虫控制的发展历程和目前的研究进展,对害虫天敌捕食行为的研究方法作了简要的介绍和总结。结合农业害虫的综合治理,概述了利用天敌蜘蛛进行生物综合防治的发展战略。
     蜘蛛是农业害虫的一类重要天敌动物,其种类和发生量均居各类捕食性天敌之首,对害虫的发生发展起着较重要的抑制作用。2002~2003年,我们对河北北部干旱区的牧草栽培区和各类牧草围栏进行了定性、定量调查。从“牧草—害虫—蜘蛛”相互作用关系的整体出发,在前人工作的基础上,结合牧草害虫防治的现状,通过田间系统调查和室内研究相结合的研究手段,运用分类学、统计学、生态学和计算机科学等领域的知识和技术,调查并分析了不同环境条件、不同栽培牧草品种区域中蜘蛛群落的种类组成及其优势种情况,危害栽培牧草的主要害虫及被蜘蛛取食情况。主要研究内容和结果如下:
     1.对该地区人工栽培牧草围栏和各类自然草地进行的天敌蜘蛛种类调查结果表明,河北北部干旱区牧草蜘蛛共125种,隶属于16科。从中选取田野豹蛛(Pardosa agrestis(Wrestring,1861))、星豹蛛(Pardosa astrigera L.Koch,1878)、灌木新园蛛(Neoscona adianta (Walckenaer,1802))、条纹花蟹蛛(Xysticus striatipes L.Koch,1870)和印痕球蛛(Theridion impressum L.Koch,1881)等5种优势种作为研究牧草蜘蛛天敌作用的代表种,研究了上述蜘蛛捕食淡胸异盲蝽(Polymerus vulneratus)、粟缘蝽(Lioshyssus hyalinus(Fabricius))、苜蓿盲蝽(Adelphowris linealatus(Goeze))、绿盲蝽(Lygus Lucorum Meger-Dür)和北方雏蝗(Chorthippus hammarstroemi(Mirm))等5种主要牧草害虫的功能性反应,分析了猎物密度、捕食者自身密度对捕食功能的影响。结果显示,田野豹蛛对淡胸异盲蝽、绿盲蝽和北方雏蝗,星豹蛛对粟缘蝽和绿盲蝽,灌木新园蛛对苜蓿盲蝽和绿盲蝽,条纹花蟹蛛对淡胸异盲蝽、粟缘蝽和绿盲蝽,印痕球蛛对苜蓿盲蝽、粟缘蝽、绿盲蝽的种群数量具有明显的控制作用。
     2.研究表明,供试蜘蛛对几种主要害虫的捕食效应在一定范围内随着猎物密度的增加而增大,随自身密度的增大而减小,符合Holling-Ⅱ型反应模型N_a=aTN_t/(1+aT_hN_t)和Hassell-Varley的方程A=aP~(-m)。实验结果经卡方检验,误差不显著。
     3.对蜘蛛的寻找效应分析结果显示,寻找效应是随猎物密度的增加而降低,说明捕食性天敌在猎物害虫数量较低的情况下积极寻找,捕食行为活跃,而在害虫密度较高的情况下,活动捕食猎物的积极性较低。
The present study is a part of the research program entitled "The spider community in the pasture of arid areas of North Hebei and its effect in the biological control of main pests" supported by Natural Sciences Foundation of Hebei Province. In the paper the current progress in the researches of biological control in agriculture in the world are reviewed and the development strategies of integrated pest management using spider are briefly summarized as well.
    Spiders are a kind of important natural enemies of agricultural pests. The numbers of species and individuals are more abundant than other kinds of predators in the natural enemies of pests. From 2002 to 2003 qualitative and quantitative investigations of spiders were carried on in different grass-cultivated areas and the grass patches surrounded with fence in Bashang, Hebei Province. From the view of interactions between grasses-pests-spiders as a whole the species compositions and dominant species of spiders and pests were investigated under different environment conditions and grass species. Besides, studies were also made on the on the functional responses and efficiency of searching activities of spiders to the main pests. The results showed as follows:
    1. In the investigation totally 125 species have been found belonging to 16 families. Among them, five species (namely, Pardosa agrestis, P. astrigera, Neoscona adianta, Xysticus striatipes and Theridion impressum) were selected as representatives for studying the effect as natural enemies on the control of pests. The influence of densities of preys and spiders themselves on the survival of five species of pests has been observed and experienced in the grass-cultivated areas and the grass patches. Studies indicated that the function of control were shown obviously by the spiders to different pests as: Pardosa agrestis to Polymerus vulneratus, Lygus lucorum and Chorihippus hammarstroemi; Neoscona adianta to Adelphowris linealatus and Lygus lucorum; Pardosa astrigera to Lioshyssus hyalinu and Lygus lucorum; Xysticus striatipes to Polymerus vulneratus, Adelphowris linealatus and Lygus lucorum; Theridion impressum to Lioshyssus hyalinus, Adelphowris linealatus and Lygus lucorum.
    2. Research also showed that the predation effect of spiders used for study to the main pests were increasing with the density of preys and decreasing with the density of the spiders themselves with a certain range. This predatory effect is coincident with Holling- II type-Na=aTNt,/(l+ aThNt) and the equation of Hassell-Varley-A=aP-m. The
    experimental result has been tested by x and the error was not prominent.
    3. Analysis of searching efficiency showed that it decreased while the density of preys increased, that is to say, the natural enemies searching preys more actively; but in the condition of high density of preys their searching activity reduced.
