吉林省普通高校校内课余体育竞赛现状及对策的研究

摘要
本论文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法,对吉林省十所普通高校校内课余体育竞赛的开展情况进行调查分析,了解省内普通高校校内课余体育竞赛的现状,并根据相关资料进行归纳总结。统计利用调查数据进行对普通高校校内课余体育竞赛的开展提出相关建议。
     研究的过程中确定了三个调查对象,即体育专家、体育教师、学生这三个积极相关群体,针对本研究需要提出相关问题,从不同角度进行解答,从而全面体现本文论点。课余体育竞赛是高等学校体育工作重要的组成部分和不可缺少的一个重要环节,它是高校体育工作的中心环节——体育教学的补充和延伸。普通高等院校开展体育竞赛不仅对增强体质,提高体育能力起到积极的推动作用,更重要的是对人的现代化意识的培养,对大学生的文化素质、心理素质等方面起到不可估量的作用。目前,在强化大学生素质教育的新形势下,国内对高校体育竞赛的目的、意义、特点、作用、模式的理论研究仍处于探索、实验阶段,尚未形成定论。普通高校体育实践工作中,课余体育竞赛仍旧停留在几十年一贯制的运动会和传统的球类项目为主的模式之中。
     本文以普通高校校内课余体育竞赛为核心,调查分析了其理论现状和实践现状。其结果表明,目前省内普通高校校内课余体育竞赛开展情况不尽人意。虽然每所院校每个学年都举行各类体育竞赛,但是对于课余体育竞赛的作用,并没有充分的认识到,没能充分发挥竞赛活动的积极促进作用及体育竞赛的教育功能。体育竞赛在普通高校的参与者的覆盖率远低于其应有值。课余体育竞赛项目设置过于单一,单项课余体育竞赛项目男生偏于集中在三大球类,女生更少。综合类运动会每年只有一次,而且每个项目开展过程中均以学院或年级为单位。限报人数,造成参与人数较少。另外为追求成绩为目的的现象较为突出,造成优秀成绩制造者频繁出现在各项运动竞赛上。体质与运动技能相对弱势的群体反而远离运动参与。因此造成多数学生对体育竞赛失去兴趣,进而放弃了这项即锻炼身体,也促进身心发展的良好机会。
     本文主要以提高普通高校校内课余体育竞赛参与人群的覆盖率,改善课余体育竞赛的组织与管理形式、课余体育竞赛与体育教学的相互关系为主要研究基础,在实践基础上,对高校体育竞赛的若干理论问题和模式的探讨,可以从体育社会学的高度了解高校体育竞赛的基本特征,深刻挖掘它对大学生的教育和社会文化的价值,形成有自己特色的体育竞赛模式,推动高校体育竞赛工作与时俱进。提出普通高校学生课余体育竞赛的相关发展对策,对高校体育教学及相关工作提供借鉴。
Based on the overviews of former studies and the questionnaire investigation, the extracurricular sports competition of Jilin 10 colleges was carried out, understanding the current situation, and in accordance with relevant information summarized. Statistics on the use of survey data for the school extracurricular sports competition to make relevant recommendations.
     The course of investigation identified three positive correlation groups: sports experts, sports teachers and students, in view of the research needs related to the issue, answer questions from different angles, so as to reflect this point.
     The school extracurricular sports competition is important component of the school sports and indispensable component of an important link, it is the work of the college sports center link - Physical Education supplement and extend. In College sports activities not only to enhance the physique, and raise the ability of sports, but more importantly is the people's awareness of modern culture, the cultural quality of the students, such as the psychological qualities played an inestimable role. Currently, under the new situation of students in strengthening the quality of education, the domestic competition for the purpose of college sports, significance, characteristics, roles, the model still in the theoretical study to explore the experimental stage, have not yet formed a conclusion. The general practice in college sports, the school extracurricular sports competition still remain in the system for several decades has been the traditional sports and games based model of the project.
     The extracurricular sports competition is the core of this Thesis, a survey of the status quo of its theory and practice status. Their results show that the province now the school extracurricular sports competition activities to the situation unsatisfactory. Although each school year by each institution have held various sports competitions, but for the role of the school extracurricular sports competition, did not fully realize that race failed to give full play to the positive role in promoting activities.
