基于电网侧的空调负荷特性分析及其调控措施研究

摘要
本论文根据上海地区电力消费特点,深入分析用电负荷特性;并通过对上海市经济发展水平、人民收入和生活水平的提高和气温气候特性进行研究,分析了这几类主要因素与空调负荷的关联关系;针对上海市空调负荷特性提出有效控制高峰时段空调负荷增长、改善电网负荷特性的措施,并对各类空调负荷调控措施进行了节能、移荷潜力分析和成本-效益分析等技术经济评价,在此基础上提出了相关政策、法规、标准及激励机制建议。
Based on characteristics of electricity consumption in Shanghai,this paper analyze load characteristics of demand side. Through research the level of economic development、the people's income、the improvement of living standards and characteristics of climate,this paper analyze some the major factors associated with the air-conditioning load. This paper proposed measures that effective control air conditioning load growth during peak periods and improve the load in network. In addition, papers on various energy-saving measures to control air-conditioning load, the Netherlands potential shift analysis and cost-benefit analysis. On the basis of the relevant policies and regulations, standards and incentive mechanisms, provides a basis for improving economic performance network security. On various energy-saving measures to control air-conditioning load,the paper analyze the potential of the energy saving and cost-benefit. On the basis of the analysis, the paper presents the relevant proposal of policies、regulations、standards and incentive mechanism.
