大庆油田自动抄表系统技术开发研究

摘要
本论文以大庆油田电力系统为对象,结合大庆用电营销实际,建立了大庆电力自动抄表系统。主要完成了以下的研究工作:
     分析了国内外电能计量、用电营销、自动抄表的现状及发展趋势。根据大庆电力系统机构与能量分布特点,建立了大庆油田电力自动抄表系统,重点研究了电力调度中心主站和采油八厂二级站的构成方案,保证系统具有实时性、准确性、科学性、灵活性和先进性。
     研究了油田临时变电能表及其自动抄表的通信技术。探讨了电力自动抄表系统的通信技术,重点研究了组网技术,低压电力线通信技术,扩频通信技术,提出了在大庆电力自动抄表系统中利用公众电话网通过调制解调器自动拨号、电力载波和无线直接序列扩频通信相结合的数据传输方案。
     为了监视自动抄表营业系统、接口系统和人工台通信的路由状况,提出了状态监控模块的设计与实现方案,实现了对路由和主要进程的监控,保证了系统的稳定运行。
     最后,研究了直扩通信的组网方式,提出了系统参数和测试方法,分析了直扩通信技术在大庆自动抄表系统中的应用状况。
This paper whose object is daqing oil-field electric power system sets up an automatic reading meter system with the facts of electrical distribution in daqing. The main research work in this paper is as follows:'
    It analyses the actualities and the developing trend about measuring electric power, electrical distribution and automatic reading meter. It sets up an automatic reading meter system for daqing oil fields by the structural and distributing energy characteristics of daqing electric power system. Meanwhile, it principally studies the structural projects of the dispatching main station of electric system and the secondary station of 8th oil factory. So this system can be guaranteed to have Real-time, accurate, scientific flexible and advanced traits.
    The communication technology of electric automatic system is discussed. It principally studies the technology of organizing nets , the communication technology of low pressure electric line and the technology of spread spectrum communication. It gives the project that power line carrier and direct sequence spread spectrum communication are combined with automatic dial-up passing modems for daqing automatic reading meter system.
    For the sake of monitoring automatic reading system and the status of mouth system and manpower communication, it brings forward the design and practical projects of supervising models. The monitor of the router and main processes is fulfilled and guarantees the system's stability.
    Finally, it studies the way of organizing nets for direct sequence spread spectrum communication and brings forward the method of measuring parameters. It analyzes the status of applying direct sequence spread spectrum communication in daqing automatic reading meter system.
    The result of this paper has already been applied for the electric power company in daqing petroleum management bureau.
