电能质量在线监测分析系统在昭通电网的应用研究

摘要
内昆电气化铁路是昭通供电局最大的用电客户,昭通境内电铁沿线共有牵引变电站六座,总容量为248MVA,是昭通电网的一个特殊用户,其负荷具有非线性、不对称和波动性的特点,它长期向昭通电网注入不平衡谐波,而且难免谐波放大,常造成昭通电网枢纽站220kV昭通变电站、220kV大关变电站的无功补偿装置损坏,保护误动,电能计量的精确性也受到影响,其谐波污染已严重威胁着昭通电网的安全稳定运行,对其他用户的影响也不容忽视。
     要有效地对昭通电网的谐波进行治理,首先要对昭通电网的谐波进行有效监测,根据监测所得数据进行系统分析,然后制定切实可行的治理方案,才能达到预期效果。传统的监测仪表数据采集受工作时段限制,不能实时获得反应电能质量各项指标,而谐波发生的时间及方式具有很大的随意性,采用常规监测方法无法准确掌握其真实情况及动态规律,长期以来昭通电网的谐波没有得到有效地监测。其次,传统监测仪表数据分析主要靠人工分析,工作量大,结论也不够客观。
     电能质量在线监测系统能实时监测电网运行情况,对数据实时采集,经以太网络传输到中心服务器后,通过专用分析软件对各项指标进行计算分析,并根据国家相关标准进行判断,最后以图表方式对结果进行直观输出,对电能质量各项指标分析起得了良好的效果。总结昭通电网长期运行经验及过去对谐波的人工测试结果,发现220kV电压等级变电站的中、低压侧电能质量存在问题较多,奇次谐波电压、电流超标情况比较普遍,因为中、低压侧母线非线性负荷较多,存在谐波源用户。另外,由于220kV变电站的低压侧一般都安装无功补偿装置电容器组,而电容器容易受到谐波的危害,所以220kV变电站的110kV非线性用户所在线路及35kV低压侧无功补偿回路应设置监测点。根据这一原则,制定了昭通电网电能质量在线监测系统监测点的设置方案,在220kV昭通变电站和220kV大关变电站七回110kV线路出线端及三回35kV无功补偿回路设置了十个监测点。
     系统建成后,应用该系统分析了昭通主网2007年上半年电能质量状况,初步证实昭通主网近期电能质量存在的主要问题是谐波、电压波动和闪变,该系统的成功应用为进一步开展谐波治理工作奠定了基础。

     To availably carry on manage the harmonic of the Zhao tong electricity net,first carry on a valid monitor,carry on system analysis,then draw up according to the monitor income data practical viable manage a project,then can attain the expectation effect.The traditional monitor appearance data collects to be subjected to work time restriction,can't actually the hour acquire reaction electric power quality various index signs,but the harmonic's time for take place and way have very greatly and at will sex and adopt normal regulations a monitor a method can't be accurate to control its true circumstance and dynamic state regulation,the harmonic of the Zhao tong electricity net is not availably monitored for long time.Secondly,the appearance data of the tradition monitor is analytical main is analyze by artificial,the work have great capacity,the conclusion is also not enough objective.

     After the system being builted up,and applied that system to analyze Zhao tong electricity net the first half of 2007 power quality,the first step confirms a Zhao tong electricity net the existent key problem of the power quality is harmonic,voltage fluctauation and flicker in the near future,that system of successful application laid the foundation for the further work
