电器商场人事工资管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,很多企事业单位工资管理已经采用计算机软件方式进行,但以往的人事工资管理系统,采用Delphi、VB、VC等实现的基于C/S架构的技术,在开发周期、成本、使用的便捷性等方面存在着许多不尽人意的地方,由于是针对性开发,因此缺少通用性的特点,业务变更或改变不够灵活,需要重新设计和开发,增加了维护和管理的难度,进一步的业务拓展困难较多。为解决C/S模式的弊端,提高电器商场人事工资管理系统的管理效率,本文提出了具有良好升级能力,易于管理和维护的B/S模式的电器商场人事工资管理系统。
     本文首先利用UML分析人事工资管理系统,绘出有代表性的各种图例。对系统进行规划,确定其基本结构及实现策略,并研究B/S三层结构的访问机制及其实现技术。主要研究Browser/Server三层结构的原理、机制、数据库访问技术;研究B/S结构的实现技术,包括分析工具UML、开发工具ASP.NET、SQL Server,以及使用这些工具分析开发人事工资管理系统。
     其次进行数据库的设计,研究人事工资管理系统中数据的组织结构,数据之间的联系及数据库的存储和管理方式,以保证所需数据的完整性、一致性、安全性。
     最后研究完成人事工资管理系统的主要模块的设计工作,分析电器商场员工工资计算方法,研究利用internet网络环境为人事工资管理提供平台,在该平台之上实现根据录入的相关数据进行人事工资的管理,系统可以实现根据电器商场的特点任意增减工资条目,快捷定制计算公式,简单设计工资报表,以适应频频变化的工资发放规则。整个系统符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求。
As the fast development of internet, the commercial model of enterprise had turned to electrical commerce, the management model of which has changed not only from disperse management to centralized management, but also from close management to open management. No matter in macro aspect or in micro aspect salary information and manage problems about all items of information are one of the most concerned problem for enterprises. Many enterprises and public institutions had developed salary-manage system fit for their traits. Due to this situation, ACheng Jinjing electrical equipment department store decided to make use of network to manage their personnel and salary information, I myself participate in this research task.
     The salary-manage of many enterprise and public institution in domestic had proceeded by adopting computer software. However, the previous personnel salary-manage system, which adopted the technique with the basement of C/S framework fulfilled by using Delphi、VB、VC ,exists lots of unsatisfactory places at the aspects of develop period, cost, and the convenience of using. Because what they carried out is well targeted development, so they lack the feature of common use, and business alternation is not agile enough, which needs afresh designation and development, and it adds the difficulty of maintenance and management. Further business expense is facing much difficulty.
     The personnel salary-manage system using B/S model could carry out management without the limitation of time and space, and improve the agility of their management by the help of world wide internet, which can proceed in local place and exotic place. The client port of B/S model is just a friendly interface offering browser, of which client can directly make use without be trained. This B/S model can help managing people of company manage personnel salary much easier and more convenience, and improve their work efficiency.
     So far many enterprise and public institution prefer to develop the software of B/S model. Although some universities and enterprises developed the salary-manage system in this model, but it can’t be commonly used, only fit for their own units.
     With Web based personnel salary-manage system of enterprise embody sufficiently the internet functions of network cooperate, and improve the work and resource distribution efficiency. I’m in charge of the general designation of system, the detailed design of database and major module. The other detail design and specific achievement is accomplished by other participants. This task will analysis and discuss on the fulfillment technique of internet personnel salary-manage system based on three hierarchical structure by the research on fulfillment of technique and apply actuality for personnel salary-manage system.
     Firstly, this text researches the accessing mechanism and fulfillment technique of B/S three hierarchical structure It mainly research the principle, mechanism of Browser/Sever, the accessing database technique,and the fulfillment technique of B/S structure, which include analysis tool UML, develop tool ASP.NET, SQL Sever, also analyze and develop personnel salary-manage system by using these tools.ASP.NET adopted brand new program condition and on behalf of main direction of technique development. It can’t be used in one set WEB sever to build powerful WEB applicant program and offer more stronger advantage than current WEB develop model.ADO.NET is not only the solution about the problem of save and read when Microsoft applied in .NET, but also one of the nuclear service developed by .NET. MS SQL Sever 2005 is the best option to develop this system.
     Secondly, this text research direction is facing to object analysis methods applied in personnel salary-manage system and build the Use case model of system by using UML. Use case model describes the system function from the point of user and indicate the operator of each function. Use case model is the starting point of OO design. The function need to be fulfilled of system by use case, the user of system is figured by Actor, and one Use case model is described by several Use case diagrams. UML can be used to analyze personnel salary-manage system clearly, and draw out all kinds of typical legend, and plan system to fix its basic structure and achievement strategy at the same time.
     Thirdly, we turn to research the design of database. It mainly research the organization structure of data in personnel salary-manage system, the connection of data, the save and manage manner of database to accomplish the design process of database. The design of database follows the theory of data standardization to reduce data redundancy and ensure the integrality and unity of data. E-R chart is used in the design of concept structure showing all the entity and their relations, and give the relation model and its specific structure after logical design at last. At the same time, it redesigns the salary information diagram that doesn’t meet actual needs to cater for the changing needs of salary item in department store.
     Lastly, we research and finish the major model’s design work of personnel salary-manage system, and design the structure of internet topology, and analyze the calculate methods of electrical equipment department store staff, and do a research on making use of internet condition to offer a platform for personnel salary-manage in which we can achieve record related data and manage personnel salary that mainly contain: the record, maintain, save, inquiry of personnel and salary data and salary calculation, and the print of pay table and pay list, and the collect, assignment, analysis on salary, and the management of historical salary data. The major features of system contain the addition and reduction of salary item freely according to the condition of electrical equipment department store, the quick customization of calculation formula, the simple designation of pay report forms to adapt frequently changed payment release rule. The entire system finish the whole process of management about the personnel and salary from the angle of being keep with operating simplified, interface friendly, agile, practical, and safe.
     After the system had been developed and designed, it can be thrown into using only when the test result is inerrability. So testing is the key step before using system. This system is tested in the LAN condition and saved in the server of it, adjusting server condition well. The testing object is the staff of sale department. The total function of system is realized by integrating the functions of every model discussed before. The function and performance of every model influence the total function of personnel salary-manage system directly. So the function of every model should be tested before testing the whole function of system. The test about the whole function of system is done after the function of every model is passed the test. Each function during the process of testing can be achieved well.
     Because time is limited, there is some imperfect places need to be improved in this system, which contains some techniques and methods not developed completely. So there exist lots of deficiencies in this system which needs to be continuously improved in future study and research.
