集团公司供应链采购控制系统研究

摘要
论文首先从供应链管理的背景、供应链集成的目的、集成的内容、集成的途径等方面对供应链集成的内涵作了较为全面的探讨,使集成化的供应链管理体系能通过信息、制造和现代管理技术,将企业生产经营过程中有关的人、技术、经营管理三要素有机地集成并优化运行;通过对生产经营过程的物流、管理过程的信息流和决策过程的决策流进行有效地控制和协调,将企业内部的供应链与企业外部的供应链有机地集成起来进行管理,达到全局动态最优目标。
其次探讨了在供应链集成化环境下的供应链主动成本控制、采购控制和供应商关系管理,使之能够围绕企业形成客户关系管理、物流、资金控制和企业内部流程一体化的环境;接着对集团公司进行供应链控制管理的必要性进行了探讨,给出了现代集团公司在供应链物流控制方面采取的四种模式与机制研究,建议对集团公司的物流采取优质、高效、低成本的第三方或者第四方物流运输模式,确立了具体的物流控制体系,使子公司的生产完全置于人、机交互管理的模式下,做到了系统的透明化,同时建立了辅料采购供应链中物流协调控制机制,做到有效降低供应链整体物流成本,实现子公司在自主进行物流规划设计的同时又纳入了母公司的物流宏观调控下。
最后以A中烟工业公司为例,系统地介绍了A中烟工业公司供应链采购配送系统设计战略原则、涉及的内容、结构设计和处理流程结构分析以及关键技术,重点对A中烟工业公司供应链过程中的物流、资金流、信息流采取的模式进行了探讨,认为应该按照系统化原则,实现其对下属分公司的垂直化管理,同时应根据商业企业的订单采集需求,组织生产,尽量做到库存的最小化,采取模板化管理模式对“三流”进行有效监管,做到物资流动更规范、资金流动更透明、信息流动更加有效、快捷,实现整个集团公司供应链管理的控制。
This dissertation first introduces the connotation of supply chain integration through the background, the content, the way of the supply chain in the round.This can make three elements like people,technology,operating in manufacturing integrated and optimized effectively through information, manufacturing and modern managing technology in supply chain management system.Through controlling and harmonizing logistic in manufacturing,information flow in managing and decision flow in deciding,the interior and exterior enterprise's supply chain will be integrated effectively.This will reach the aim of dynamic distributing optimizing.
And at the same time the dissertation also introduces the supply chain initiative cost controlling the purchasing system controlling and the supplier managing.The dissertation explains the necessarily of the integration of supply chain from several aspects and set a model of logistic in supply chain managing. The dissertation advises combination companies adopt the three or the forth part-logistic form.The dissertation gives the concrete logistic controlling system and makes the production of the son company transparently.The dissertation also builds up an assistant resource purchasing-controlling system to reduce the whole logistic cost.
In the end,this dissertation set an example of the A cigarette making company.It introduces the strategy principle,the content,the structure design, the flow analyses and the key technology in detail.It primarily explains the pattern of logistic, fund flow,information flow in supply chain management of the A cigarette making company.It suggest that the A cigarette making company must manage its underling company vertically by systematization.At the same time,the cigarette manufacturing must organize orderly to make storage smallest according to the order form of commerce company. Adopting template managing pattern to control the "three flow" can make the material flow more standardization, the fund flow more transparent, the information flow more effectively and rapidly.This can achieve to control the whole combination company.
