基于WEB的知识管理系统的研究与实现

摘要
随着信息时代的到来和Internet应用的普及与深入,人们对传统信息服务提出了越来越高的要求。当今的信息服务已不能满足于广泛的一般用户对普通信息的要求,而是应该包括面向特定群体的深层次需求。基于网络的知识管理系统实现了比较完善的设计知识仓库体系,知识纪录不少于20万条,实现Internet B/S平台上的知识获取入库、自动聚类、面向主题的个性化知识管理、知识自动供应和集成,实现了网络技术、智能技术、CAD技术、设计知识的有效集成等功能。用户可以通过基于网络的知识管理系统快速准确地定位需要的信息资源,便于对具体设计的应用和知识的信息集成。因此,本文的研究对提高产品市场竞争力有着极其重要的意义。 
     本文以三层体系结构构造知识管理系统,系统的关键在于知识的存储与管理,因此本文给出了一个以知识本体为基础的知识仓库的具体模型,并且致力于建立一个实现知识交流与共享的知识管理系统平台。同时本文从企业信息化的概念和内容出发,对企业电子协作的模式、系统功能、解决方案等方面进行研究。 
     本文所提出的知识管理过程模型、以及知识管理系统的体系结构、概要设计等方面的内容,对企业将来开发基于WEB的知识管理系统具有重要的指导意义和参考价值,并为进一步研究在网络中挖掘非规则性知识奠定了基础。
With the arising of information time and the popularity of internet, people have more and more requirement to traditional information. Nowadays the information can’t meet people’s requirement on popular information. The information should have included deep requirement for certain people. The knowledge management system on web implements the design of knowledge warehouse and its knowledge records are not less than twenty millions. The system implements knowledge entering warehouse, auto classifying, knowledge management oriented theme, knowledge auto supplying and integrating, web technology, intelligence technology, CAD technology and the designing knowledge integrating on internet B/S platform. The client that uses the system may quickly find out the information resource that he needs, which is good at certain designing and information integrating. So this paper has very important meanings to improve products competitiveness.
     This paper is composed of three layers knowledge management system. The knowledge storage and management are key of this system, so this paper shows a specific model of knowledge warehouse on the base of knowledge ontology, and then implements a certain knowledge management system platform for knowledge communicating and sharing. This paper begins with definition and content of enterprise information, and researches on electric pattern, system function and settle project.
     The knowledge management procedure model and knowledge management system structure and digest design which are shown by this paper are important direction and refer to develop knowledge management system in future, and it is a base on researching mining non-regular knowledge on web.
