管接头内螺纹双针计算机测量系统的研究

摘要
本文目的是研究开发一套接触式油管接头内螺纹计算机测量系统,满足宝钢公司提出的内螺纹检测的要求。论文在分析前人研究设计中的成功经验和不足的基础上,提出了双针测量的系统方案,并对测量系统的数字滤波、算法模型和误差分析进行了深入的研究。
    第一, 针对内螺纹单针测量系统存在的定位基准误差,提出了双针测量的
    体系结构,并利用双测针结构对定位误差进行修正。
    第二, 针对内螺纹单针测量系统中的数字滤波失真,提出了零相位数字滤
    波,分析了其原理,并设计了一阶零相位数字滤波器和高阶零相位数字滤波器。
    第三, 建立了基于中径线的参数算法模型,利用二次插补拟合中径线,并
    在此基础上给出了各主要参数的计算过程,从而解决了基于理论齿型的算法因滤波失真和牙型角误差而带来的数据处理误差问题。
    第四, 此外,本文还对电感传感器进行了线性校正及误差分析,讨论了激
    光传感器倾角误差,并对机械设计中的定位结构进行了误差分析,提出了改进的措施。
    最后,利用管接头的三种定位状态采集的测量数据,对内螺纹双针计算机测量系统的硬件结构和算法进行实验测试,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和系统的可行性。
    通过本课题对管接头内螺纹测量系统的体系结构,参数数学模型、误差分
    析的研究,为内螺纹测量系统的实用化打下了良好的基础。
The main target of the research is to design and manufacture a CAT(Computer Aided Test) system of joint internal thread, in order to improve the measuring accuracy and quality of the joint internal thread of BAO STEEL Inc. This paper analyzes the success and limitation of the former design, and introduces a double probe system. On the basement, the paper deeply researches the following problems: digital signal process, arithmetic model, error analyzing and so on.
    Firstly, considering the single probe system's datum error, the paper puts forward a double probe system and modifies the datum error.
    Secondly, considering the problem of phase error of the single probe system, the paper introduces zero phase filter and designs zero phase filters after analyzes its principle.
    Thirdly, the paper builds parameter arithmetic model based on the middle line. We get the middle line from two interpolations, and give the compute course of the main parameters. In this way, we can avoid the phase error and thread side error what the single probe system cannot escape.
    Fourthly, this paper standardizes the linear of the inductance sensor and analyzes its error. Then we discuss the angle error of the laser sensor and the datum plane error of the mechanism. Finally, the paper gives some advice to improve the mechanism.
    
    
    Finally, we experiment the structure and math model with three groups data. The results prove that the system is successful.
    The research of the structure, parameter math model and error analyzing of the double probes system makes a good foundation for the actual use in the field.
