基于VRML的电液伺服调节器三维可视化研究

摘要
VRML是一种完全虚拟现实的三维空间描述语言,具有对模型和场景进行实时渲染与实时交互的功能,从而能够制造出效果逼真的造型和场景,使浏览者具有身临其境的感觉。本文结合舵机电液伺服调节器新产品开发课题,以舵机电液伺服调节器为原型,利用VRML虚拟现实技术,开展了机械结构装配关系三维可视化造型的研究。
     论文通过分析比较,确定了电液伺服调节器三维可视化的方法和实现手段。选择3DS MAX、Pro/E软件和JavaScript语言以及VRML相结合的方式,并通过它们之间良好的兼容接口,建立了调节器在VRML场景下的三维模型。然后分析了电液伺服调节器各零部件之间的运动关系,并根据这种相互关系,确定了其虚拟装配、拆卸和虚拟场景交互式动画的路径,以及在VRML环境下各造型节点和传感器节点以及插值器节点间事件传递和路由的关联。最后还利用JavaScript脚本和VRML之间完全匹配的内嵌通道,并以JavaScript脚本来控制和协调各事件路由的连接和中转,很好地实现了虚拟场景中所出现的各种交互动作,为电液伺服调节器虚拟场景增加了控制过程的动画效果。
     本文研究了实现低成本桌面式虚拟现实系统的方法。通过体验本课题制作的虚拟系统,使用者能快速熟悉和掌握电液伺服调节器的内部结构及各部件之间的空间位置和运动关系,直观形象,克服了平面投影视图要依赖空间想象力建立立体图形的困难。研究成果对机械产品设计及操作、维护人员熟悉结构、原理具有辅助作用和实用价值。
VRML is a totally virtual reality language for describing three-dimensional space.It has the function of timely rendering the model and the scene and also include the interactive operating,which can provide rich and colorful effect of modeling and scene,and the browser can have the feeling of being personally on the scene.In order to overcome the drawback of Planar projection view,which only relies on the establishment of three-dimensional space,and has the Poor graphics visualization.Based on the issues of developing new product of electro-hydraulic servo steering regulator,and With electro-hydraulic servo steering regulator for the prototype,using VRML virtual reality technology,this paper mainly research on the mechanical structure of 3D visualization technology.
     By analyzing and comparing,The study establishes the 3D visualization of specific methods and means of the electro-hydraulic servo regulator.combining of the 3DS MAX,Pro/E software and JavaScript language,and through the compatible interface,regulator in VRML 3D model of precision is established.According to analysis and calculation movement and moving relations of key parts and components of regulator,the action relationships between parts is identified.And it laid the theoretical foundation for simulating the real test environment and achieving regulator virtual reality system.Using the mutual acting relationships between parts of regulator,its virtual assembly,demolition and virtual scene interactive animation path is confirmed.Also the Association between nodes of sensor and interpolation for transmission and routing under VRML environment is established.Using the embedded access between the Java script scripts and the VRML which is perfectly matched,under the control and correspond of routing and transferring the links of Java script scripts,all interactive action appeared in virtual scene is come true.And it makes a powerful animation effects for the electro-hydraulic servo regulator virtual scene.
     This paper seeks to find a way to achieve a low cost desktop virtual reality system.Through the experience of virtual system produced in this paper,we can become familiar with and master the internal structure of electro-hydraulic servo regulator and its special place and movement relations,which can provide a practical value for the person who are familiar with the electro-hydraulic servo steering regulator design,operation and maintenance.
