客运专线引入铁路枢纽的关键问题研究

摘要
铁路运输安全性好、运能大、运距长、费用低的经济技术特征,决定了其在国家经济发展及交通运输体系中的重要地位。我国社会经济的快速发展要求大力发展高速铁路。但由于我国高速铁路建设正处于起步阶段,缺乏经验积累和相关规划理论的指导。
     高速铁路客运站作为综合交通网络的一个重要节点和城市的一部分,其站址的选择及与各交通方式的协调,对于充分发挥高速铁路的优点具有重要的作用。论文对客运专线引入铁路枢纽的几个关键问题进行了研究,重点是对客运专线引入后枢纽内铁路客运站的分工、高速铁路客运站选择、高速铁路客运站与各交通方式的协调发展问题进行了分析。论文所做的主要研究工作如下:
     (1)从实现铁路枢纽内部的效益最大化出发,运用铁路运输组织相关理论,充分考虑旅客出行便捷性,从枢纽内旅客类别出发,提出了客运专线引入后枢纽内铁路客运站的分工模式:按旅客运距分工模式、按车站衔接方向分工模式、按旅行速度分工模式和综合分工模式。其中综合分工模式优于其他分工模式。
     (2)在充分考虑高速铁路引入铁路枢纽影响因素的基础,运用AHP法,建立了高速铁路客运站选址方法;
     (3)在对我国普通铁路与各交通方式协调发展布局模式分析的基础上,从城市发展及充分发挥高速铁路优势出发,以旅客全出行过程为主线,在充分考虑综合交通效益最大化和方便旅客出行的基础上,提出了高速铁路客运站与各交通方式协调发展的立体布局模式。
Because of the economic and technical features of railway transportation, such as safety transportation, large transportation capacity, long transportation distance and low transportation cost, it has played an important role in our national economy and transportation. Although the rapid development of our national economy asks for the great increase of high-speed railways, we are still in the primary phase, and the lack of experience and guidance in theory is hindering our steps in the progress of high-speed railway construction.
     As an important node in the integrated transportation network as well as a part of the city, when choosing the site of high-speed railway station, it should be considered in accordance with any other transportation ways in order to bring the advantages of high-speed railway into full play. This paper will do some research in several key problems when leading the railway passenger dedicated Line into the railway hinge, especially how to divide the work in the station after this, how to choose the site of high-speed railway station and how to make the station develop in harmony with any other traffic ways. The main works of this paper are listed as following:
     (1) Considering the greatest benefit of the interior of railway hinge, applying related theories of railway transportation organization, taking the convenience of passengers' travel into account, and according to the classification of passengers, this paper will work out the work-division model after leading the railway passenger dedicated line into the railway hinge which includes: the work-division model according to the traffic distance, the model according to the station-link direction, the model according to the travel speed and the integrated work-division model. Among all of this, the integrated model is superior to the other three.
     (2)Based on the full consideration of some factors which will influence the current railway hinge after bringing in the passenger dedicated line, the AHP method will be used in this paper to establish the site-selection method of the high-speed railway station.
     (3)Based on analyses of the layout of the ordinary railway and each traffic ways as well as their cooperation, considering the development of the city and how to bring the advantages of high-speed railway into full play, this paper will raise the tridimensional layout model about the development in harmony between the high speed railway station and each traffic methods. This model has taken the maximization of integrated traffic benefit and passengers' convenience into consideration. Passengers' traveling process is regarded as the main line in this model.
