客运专线引入枢纽相关问题研究

摘要
随着国民经济持续发展,城市化建设步伐加快,人们经济收入提高,人们对出行的舒适性、快速性及安全性提出了更高的要求。为了在日趋激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,铁路在“提速”的改革基础上,大力发展客运专线,实现客货列车分线运行,多条客运专线将相继引入各大枢纽。研究客运专线如何引入枢纽,如何从众多引入方案中比选出较优方案,如何合理的设计车站及衔接线路等相关问题,显得格外重要。
     本论文通过理论分析与实际规划相结合,针对成绵乐城际客运专线引入成都枢纽,展开了以下内容的研究。首先,综合分析客运专线引入枢纽的相关影响因素,为确定专线客运站站址及引入方案提供可靠的依据。第二,对客运专线引入枢纽进行系统的研究,在对客运专线车站功能定位的基础上,按照专线客运站站址选择方法及原则,得出几种初步引入方案;再对各方案进行技术经济比较分析,建立方案比选的AHP-模糊综合评价模型,将定性与定量分析结合,综合评价,比选出最有利的引入方案;根据最终引入方案,对专线客运站的站型进行研究,设计车站咽喉及疏解方案、合理的衔接线路。第三,从系统的角度出发,研究客运专线引入枢纽后的运输组织模式、客运站分工、车站站区综合交通换乘设计及客流组织,以体现客运专线引入后与运输组织的协调发展。最后,结合前文的理论研究,以成绵乐城际客运专线引入成都枢纽为实例,对客运专线引入枢纽的设计思路进行了详细说明。
     论文运用综合评价的原理,建立层次分析法和模糊综合评价法结合的AHP-模糊综合评价模型对客运专线引入方案进行评价。整个研究过程中论文注重理论研究与实际规划的紧密结合,具体研究了成绵乐城际客运专线引入成都枢纽的方案,在客运专线引入枢纽的研究方面形成了一套完整的理论体系及设计思路,方法上有一定创新,对客运专线相关工作的研究具有一定的理论及现实意义。
With the sustainable development of national economy,the pace acceleration of urbanization construction, and the increase of people's incomes, people put forward higher requirements for the comfort, rapidity, and safety of travel. In order to establish in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition, on the basis of reform of " raising speed ", the railway develop the passenger dedicated line vigorously to realize separate running of passenger and freight trains, therefore, many passenger dedicated lines will be introduced into terminals in succession. Study how to introduce passenger dedicated line into terminal, how to compare and select the superior plan from numerous introduction plans, how to design the station and lines joint reasonably, and so on, become especially important.
     Through combining with theoretical analysis and actual planning, according to introducing Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity passenger dedicated line into Chengdu terminal, this paper carries out the research of the following contents. First, the paper comprehensively analyze the related influencing factors of introducing passenger dedicated line into terminal, to provide the reliable basis for determining the location of passenger dedicated line station and the introduction plan. Second, this article carries on a systematic research to introducing passenger dedicated line into terminal. On the basis of function orientation of passenger dedicated line station, according to the methods and principles of location selection, this paper obtains several kind of preliminary introduction plans. Then it carries on the technical and economic analysis to each plan, builds the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of plan comparison and selection, and selects the optimum plan through combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. And according to the final introduction plan, the paper carries on research to the passenger dedicated line station layout, and designs the station throat, the untwining plan, and the reasonable lines joint. Third, from the system point of view considering, the article studies on the transportation organization mode, passenger station division, station regional planning, and passenger flow organization after introduced passenger dedicated line into terminal, in order to reflect the coordinated development with transportation organization. Finally, on the basis of previous theoretical study, taking introducing Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity passenger dedicated line into Chengdu terminal as an example, the paper describes the design idea of introducing passenger dedicated line into terminal in detail.
     This paper uses the principle of comprehensive evaluation, builds the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which combines analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the passenger dedicated line introduction plan. In the course of whole study, the thesis pays attention to the close combination of theoretical research and actual planning, studies the concrete plan of introducing Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity passenger dedicated line into Chengdu terminal, and forms a set of complete theoretical system and design idea on the research of introducing passenger dedicated line into terminal. To a certain extent it has an innovation in methodology, and it also has certain theoretical and realistic significance to the study on the related works of passenger dedicated line.
