蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对奶牛瘤胃发酵和生产性能的影响

摘要
本试验旨在采用体外发酵法研究蛋氨酸类似物异丙酯对奶牛瘤胃功能的影响和在泌乳前期每头奶牛日粮中添加不同水平的蛋氨酸类似物异丙酯,探索其对奶牛产奶量和乳成分的影响,为蛋氨酸类似物异丙酯在我国奶牛生产上的应用提供试验依据。
     试验一:本试验通过体外产气法研究蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯对瘤胃发酵的影响。试验分为3个处理组,分别为对照组,试验一组,试验二组。其中试验组分别加入1 mg和3 mg的蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯。结果显示,试验组pH值除试验组24 h高于对照组,其余时间均低于对照组。试验组产气量各时间点均高于对照。且在3h和6h均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组干物质降解率6 h均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),12 h试验一组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验二组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。菌体蛋白产量除试验一组24 h低于对照组外,其余时间点均高于对照组。试验组乳酸含量随发酵时间的延长显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的低于对照组。试验组氨氮含量随发酵时间的推移,均高于对照组。发酵产生的各种挥发性脂肪酸和总的挥发性脂肪酸随时间的延续,均高于对照组。本试验结果表明蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯可以促进瘤胃发酵,且效果与添加量和发酵时间有关。
     试验二:根据胎次、产奶量相近、泌乳期相近的原则选择30头泌乳前期奶牛(产奶量在25kg以上),随机配对成3组,每组10头,分别为对照组,试验一组和二组。经过6天预试后正式试验,正试其84天。对照组饲喂添加0g/d蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯,试验一组和二组分别饲喂添加16g/d和25g/d蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯的全混合日粮。结果显示试验组比对照组每天每头奶牛产奶分别提高了1.07 kg和0.99kg。试验一组奶牛,乳脂率、乳蛋白、乳糖、总固体和非脂固形物均有提高,试验二组除乳蛋白略有下降外,其余乳成分指标均有提高,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验组SCC含量下降,其中试验二组与对照组和试验一组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组乳酮分别降低了28.08%和24.48%,差异极显著(P<0.01);MUN分别降低了19.62%和22.65%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明蛋氨酸类似物异丙酯能够提高奶牛能量和蛋白质代谢,对泌乳前期奶牛产奶性能和乳品质有一定的提高作用,并与添加量有关。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of HMBi on rumen fermentation and milk production and milk composition of early-lactation cows to provide experimental basis for the application of HMBi on cow industry
     Experiment 1:The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of HMBi on rumen fermentation in vitro. Test is divided into three treatment groups, including control group, treatmentⅠand treatmentⅡ. The treatment groups were added 1 mg and 3 mg of HMBi respectively. The results show us that the pH of treatment groups were lower than control expert for time 24.Treatment groups'gas production (GP) at every time were higher than control and extremely significant higher than control at 3h and 6h(P<0.01).DMD of treatments was extremely significant higher than control at 6 h (P<0.01), and treatment I was extremely significant higher than control (P<0.01), and treatmentⅡwas significant higher than control (P<0.05) at 12 h. The MCP of treatment groups was higher than control expert for that of treatmentⅠat 24 h. With time of fermentation goes by the lactate of treatments was significant (P<0.05) or extremely significant (P<0.01) lower than that of control. The ammonia-N of treatments was higher than control at every time. The acetate, propionate, butyrate, isobutyrate, valerate, isovalerate and TVFA of treatments were higher than that of control. Which we can confirm from this trial is that the HMBi could improve the rumen fermentation and the effect is amount and time related.
     Experiment 2:According to fetal, milk yield and days in milk, thirty Chinese-Holstein cows (milk yield more than 25 kg) were chosen and were divided into 3 groups which were control, treatmentⅠandⅡ(10 cows per treatment). Before the trial started there was a 6 days adaptation and the trial lasted 84 days. No HMBi was included in the diet of control and the treatments were fed 16 g/d and 25 g/d of HMBi respectively. The results of the trial showed us that the milk production of treatments was 1.07 kg and 0.99 kg higher than control respectively. Milk composition of treatment I was raised but the differences were insignificant (P>0.05). The milk composition of treatmentⅡwas raised expert for milk protein and the differences were insignificant (P>0.05). The SCC of treatments was decreased and SCC of treatmentⅡwas significant lower than control (P<0.05). The treatments'milk ketone were decreased by 28.08% and 24.48% respectively and the differences were extremely significant (P<0.01). The MUN of treatments was decreased by 19.62% and 22.65% respectively,the differences were extremely significant (P<0.01). It could be confirmed that the HMBi could improve the energy and protein metabolism and the milk production, milk composition of early-lactation Holstein Cows, the effect is amount related.
