膨润土深度开发产品的制备及性能研究

摘要
本文系统总结了膨润土的有关文献,对利用黑龙江省拜泉膨润土和辽宁省抚顺膨润土湿法制备有机膨润土、4A分子筛和活性白土的工艺进行了研究,重点研究了膨润土深度开发产品制备过程中反应的酸度、温度、时间、液固比、碱处理、凝胶混合物的配比等实验条件对上述相应产品性能的影响。探究了珍珠岩和废白土制备4A分子筛的新工艺,并对制备过程中产生的废酸碱液进行了综合利用治理。
     对所制备的4A分子筛、活性白土、有机膨润土进行了XRD、SEM、IR、TG-DTA、BET等表征,通过钙交换容量、活性度、脱色率和粘度等性能测定对所制备的产品进行了质量检验,结果表明所制备的产品性能符合国家有关标准。
The progress on the bentonite has been systematically reviewed in this paper. The wet process was studied on the 4A molecular sieves, activated clay and organic bentonite prepared by using the bentonite from Baiquan (Heilongjiang Province) and Fushun (Liaoning Province). The experimental conditions, including acidity, temperature, time, alkalization, the ratio of liquid to solid and the gel mixtures, etc, were especially discussed the effects on the above products property in the preparation of deeply developing bentonite. It explored the new technique by using pearlite and wasted clay to produce 4A molecular sieves, and made use of all the exhausted acid and alkali in the process.
    The 4A molecular sieves, activated clay and organic bentonite were charactized by XRD, SEM, IR, TG-DTA and BET, etc, and their properties were tested by calcium exchange capacity, activaity, decolorization and viscosity. The products were accorded with the standard of the country requirement.
