花曲柳窄吉丁生物生态学特性研究

摘要
花曲柳窄吉丁(Agrilusplanipennis Fairmaire)又名白蜡窄吉丁,英文名Emerald AshBorer,属鞘翅目Coleoptera吉丁科Buprestoidea,主要危害木犀科(Oleaceae)白蜡属(Fraxinus)树木。其幼虫在韧皮部与木质部之间蛀道取食,危害隐蔽,很难发现。2004年至2006年对其部分生物生态学特性进行了研究,结果如下:
     (1)花曲柳窄吉丁幼虫水平方向为聚集分布。
     (2)不同颜色诱捕器诱捕效果依次为黄色、绿色、紫色;不同悬挂高度,1~1.5米的诱捕器诱捕效果较好;林内与林缘诱捕效果基本相同。
     (3)强迫接种情况下,花曲柳窄吉丁雌虫可在白蜡树上产卵,但未发现在非白蜡树上产卵,成虫数量是决定是否产卵的主要因素。
     (4)本土白蜡树种对花曲柳窄吉丁的抗虫性要强于非本土白蜡树种。
     (5)混交林中白蜡树受花曲柳窄吉丁的危害明显轻于白蜡纯林。
The emerald ash borer (EAB), Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire (Coleoptera: Buprestoidea), is an important wood-boring beetle attacking ash trees (Oleaceae: Fraxinus). EAB larvae feed on phloem cambium, and shallow sapwood under ash tree bark. So it is difficult to detect.
    From 2004 to 2006, we studied the bioecology characteristics of EAB, the results were as follows:
    (1) The larvae of EAB distributed in a negative binomial fashion in horizon.
    (2) The different color trap effect is yellow better than green, green better than purple in turn. To compare the trap effect at the different height, the trap effect at 1~1.5meter hight is better, to compare the trap effect in the forest interior with the forest edge, the difference is no obvious.
    (3) The female EAB may oviposite on ash tree, the number of inocalution EAB was a crucial factor, to ensure inocalution experimentation.
    (4) The domestic ash tree species was better than introduded one to resist EAB.
    (5) To compare the prevention and cure effect of mixing ash tree, the infestation of
    EAB lighten obviously, the effect is obvious.
