摘要
PICC数据监控分析系统是公司为实现企业经营管理目标、提高企业管理水平而投资建设的管理信息系统。
     中国人保通过实施数据质量管理项目,开发数据质量监控系统,建立完善、高效、可靠的数据质量管理系统,为公司提供良好的数据治理环境。通过采取不同的问题风险数据识别模式,对业务、收付费、再保、财务等经营数据进行识别,以此动态跟踪、监测数据质量问题,反映业务风险,监控违规操作。建立起一种利用数据发现提示操作风险与业务风险的手段,同时提供反馈机制促使相关问题不断得到分析与解决。
     系统以业务资源管理部门日常管理与操作为主体,充分发挥业务人员主观能动性,将数据管理的各个方面转化为可以搜集的信息,同时将这些信息生成统计报表,为公司的决策服务,为公司发展提供支持,并将通过数据质量监控系统的建设,逐步建立企业范围内的数据标准、数据管理和数据质量控制体系,跟踪各产品线数据质量问题,及时反馈处理,并对各机构进行评分评级。
     本文采用统一过程软件开发方法,以统一建模语言(UML)为分析设计描述语言,采用基于J2EE的多层设计架构,最终将系统实现为包括系统配置管理、检查点规则配置、数据质量分析、风险数据分析、持续改进等五个子系统,并进一步细分为更小功能模块的管理信息系统。
     本文论述了系统开发的背景和国内外数据质量管理系统的研究现状,而后从问题空间转向解空间,建立了系统需求模型,阐明了系统需要解决的主要问题。在系统设计阶段,从概要设计开始,首先建立了系统的技术架构、功能架构以及安全架构,然后在详细设计部分分别论述了系统的静态结构,动态结构的设计策略,系统的接口设计,系统的安全设计和数据库设计。最后,对于系统实现过程的几个重点问题进行了详细的分析和论述。
PICC Data Monitoring and Analysis System is built to improve the enterprise management level and to meet the unique business objectives.
     PICC establishes an efficient and reliable data quality management system by carrying out the data quality project and developing data monitoring system in order to provide a good data governance environment. The system uses a hierarchical modular design which means that each module can be split according to the customer's requirements so it can meet the needs of every customer. This system maximizes the function of the information system with the minimum investment.
     This system plays a full role of the business personnel's initiatives by using daily management and operations of business resources as main subjects. It is able to transform all aspects of the data management into the information that can be collected, and meanwhile uses the information to generate statistical returns for giving support to the development strategy of the company. Through the construction of the data quality monitoring system, the data standards, data management and data quality control system will be gradually established which will be used to track the data quality of the each product line. After that, each agency will be graded according to the feedback information.
     In this thesis, the unified process software development method which is based on J2EE Multi-layer architecture and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the analysis and design description language is applied to improve the system. The system will finally include five subsystems which are system configuration management, checkpoint rule configuration, data quality analysis, risk of data analysis and continuous improvement, and moreover, smaller functional modules of management information systems will be subdivided.
     In this paper, we first state the background of the system development and domestic and foreign data quality management system status. In section 2, we turn to the solution space from the problem space, and establish the system requirement model of the system. We also set out the main problems to be solved. In system design part, we first build the technical, functional and security architecture of the system. Then we explain the static and dynamic structure of the design strategy with the system interface, safety and database design. Finally we analyze several key issues in the system implementation process in detail.
