光纤预制棒熔缩机PLC模糊控制系统的开发

摘要
光纤预制棒熔缩机PLC控制系统是长飞光纤光缆有限公司正在工业现场使用的
    一套生产设备。该系统采用的是荷兰飞利浦公司P8系统。由于长期以来,外方技术
    保密,不提供P8的开发装置和源程序,因此,长飞光纤光缆有限公司提出与武汉工
    业大学合作,要求在联系生产实际的基础上,消化吸收国外先进技术,了解该系统,
    开发出符合生产工艺要求的控制系统。
     本文主要做了以下几方面工作:
     首先,在了解光纤预制棒熔缩机工艺的基础上,剖析了长飞光纤光缆有限公司
    的光纤预制棒熔缩机的软、硬件的特性,在国内首次组装了P8及开发系统,设计出
    光纤预制棒熔缩机的硬件系统,并作了调试。
     考虑到熔缩技术要求控制系统高度自动化和可靠性,整个控制系统采用人机接
    口CRT(带智能CPU);键盘,PLC-P8控制系统,电机驱动器,保护板及相应的控制
    电路。
     PLC-P8系统以开放的结构,合理透明的网络为基础,是一个高自动化和高可
    靠性系统。用P8系统完成数据的采集、处理及控制,并通过其通信模块与CRT相连,
    实现人机对话。
     其次,系统软件平台是PDS7,根据熔缩工艺要求,我们编制了自动熔缩、初始
    化、错误报警等程序,并通过P8系统的调试。藉助于开发系统PDS7,我们在软件
    设计中,把特殊任务从主循环任务分离出来,使软件设计简捷明了,大大提高系统
    运行速度。此软件具有设计、编程、调试于一体的高性能。设计中主循环任务采用
    SFC编程,特殊任务采用TL或ST语言编程。
     最后,在P8系统上,提出了应用模糊控制理论,对模管进气端(GS)和出气端
    (PS)的压力差进行控制。绘制了模糊控制系统框图,编制了控制程序,且对系统
    进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,达到控制精度要求。
     本项目的研究和开发,为尽早实现光纤预制棒熔缩机控制系统国产化,不断提
    高光纤预制棒的质量具有重要意义。
The optical fiber preparation collapsar PLC control system is a set of equipment that be using at the scene by YOFC. The P8 system of PHYLIPAS CO.. is used on the system.. Long time,Because of keeping secret of technology,the development kit of the P8 system and the original program did not be provided,So YOFO proposed to cooperate with Wu Han university of technology,and based on productive practice,to absorb these advanced techniques,to know the system and design an applicable collaperser machine control system.
    The paper describes the work as follows.
    First,based on the knowledge of collapsar technics,this paper analyzes the characteristic of optical fiber collaperser machine software system and hardware structure,A P8 system and it's development kit has been installed first in China,and the hardware system of the optical fiber preparation collapsar has been designed and debugged.
    Considering many control qualities,such as,the control reliability and accuracy,the level automation ,etc,the whole control system is constituted as following :CRT interface of man-machine conversation (with CPU),keyboard,PLC control system,motor driving machine,protection board,and relative control circuit.
    The p8 system is used in PLC control system .It has high level of automation and applicable particularity for its opening structure and reasonable and clear network. Data sampling,process,control and man-machine conversation,control function which are communicated by connecting its communication module and CRT.
    Secondly,according to collapsar technic,with the help of PDS7,the software for Automatic collapse,initiation task,trouble task has been programmed and debugged on the P8 system. The special task was separated from the main recycling task in software designing,all of these make the design simple and improve the system speed. This software has perfect performance that present the design,programming and debugging function. SFC was used in the main recycling task,The IL and ST language was used in the special task.
    Finally,the Fuzzy control theories has been applied to the P8 system for control the pressure difference of gas side and pump side. The control system has been simulated. Simulation test show that the Fuzzy control system achieves desirable precision.
    
    
    The research and development of the optical fiber preparation collapsar PLC control system has the important significance for realizing PLC control system made in our country early and improving the quality of the optical fiber preparation.
