摘要
供电公司作为我国电力销售的重要环节,其作用越来越大。尤其是随着我国电力体制改革的深入与国民经济的迅速发展,广大用户和社会公众对电力销售的要求越来越高,电力市场竞争也越来越激烈,如何加强企业的电力营销,确保企业迅速稳定健康发展,成为许多供电公司面临的重大任务。
     本文首先介绍了市场营销基础理论,分析了中国、湖北省电力营销的现状,进而运用SWOT法分析了湖北A供电公司的概况与环境,找寻了公司电力营销中存在的问题。在此基础上,对湖北A供电公司市场细分、目标市场策略、营销策略进行了详细的论述,最后提出了A供电公司电力营销的保障措施。
Supply company is a key link of electric power distribution to China, its effect is also the rise. Especially with the deepening of electric power structure reform and the development of national economy, the Users and the community are in the increasing need for electric power distribution. electric power distribution is also increasingly competitive. A major task for power supply company is how to strengthen the electric power distribution and insure the healthy and rapid development of enterprise.
     In this paper, basic theory of maketing and electric power current distribution are analyzed. And it summarized the general situation and the environment of A City Power Supply Company by "SWOT" method, discovered the problems in electric power distribution. On these basis, market segmentation and target market and marketing strategies of A City Power Supply Company are been advanced. Lastly ensurant measures are been brought forward to promote the electric power distribution of A City Power Supply Company.
