论中国海外企业的社会责任

摘要
随着经济全球化的不断扩大与深入,跨国公司也得到了迅猛发展。而与此同时,履行相应的社会责任已经被越来越多的跨国公司所认同。“全球契约”与“跨国公司准则”等企业社会责任准则随之而产生。
中国自加入世界贸易组织以来,尤其是中共十六大确立了“走出去”之后,中国企业大批的实施国际化战略,走出国门。随之而来的是关于中国企业海外行为的各种评论,其中不乏对中国企业社会责任的批评和指责。进入国际舞台的中国企业面临着着企业社会责任领域的机遇与挑战。
中国政府呼吁中国海外企业履行社会责任,并完善了相关政策。中国企业则开始注重自身能力建设,尤其是注重履行社会责任。本文就从社会责任的角度出发,以中国在非洲的海外企业为研究对象,分析目前中国企业所存在的不足,挖掘近年来中国在非洲企业遭遇挫折的原因,并在此基础上提出作者本人对这一问题的看法。
With the internationalized trend of transnational company, more and more TNCs agree with the principle that the TNCs should be liable for the social responsibility. And the global CSR norms are bored as a result, such as‘Global contract’and‘Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises’.
Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization, particularly after the policy of“Going Out”which is laid down on the 16th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, More and more Chinese companies have responded to the call and been more and more internationalized. However, Chinese enterprises’"going out" is not a plain sailing, followed by a variety of comments on Chinese companies’overseas acts, many of whom are criticism and accusations. In a word Chinese companies are facing the challenge from CSR field.
Chinese government and companies have taken note of the criticism and accusations and began to pay more attention to image construction, particularly on social responsibility. From the perspective of social responsibility this article will aim at Chinese overseas companies and conclude the existed shortage on CSR. After that the author will try to find the reason why Chinese companies suffer setbacks, then, the author will put forward on the issue of view.
