大学生自我概念与其职业成熟度的相关研究

摘要
在新的历史条件下,大学生职业心理研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。职业成熟度是指个人掌握与其职业发展阶段相适应的职业发展目标的程度。职业成熟度作为职业心理理论中的一个重要概念,其研究价值逐渐得到人们的认可和重视。研究大学生职业成熟度的特点和影响因素,能够加强对当代大学生职业心理特点的了解,提高高等院校职业咨询和辅导的有效性和针对性,促进大学生职业心理的发展和成熟。
     本研究以长江师范学院大学四年级的400名学生作为研究对象,研究了大学生职业成熟度的特点,大学生自我概念与其职业成熟度的关系。研究工具为《田纳西自我概念量表》和《职业成熟度量表》。研究得到以下结论:
     (1)不同性别的大学生在职业成熟度的各因素及总分上不存在显著性差异。
     (2)不同专业的大学生在职业成熟度的职业认知、职业态度、职业选择三个因素上都存在显著性差异。
     (3)不同家庭背景的大学生在职业成熟度的价值观念、条件评估两个因素上存在显著性差异。
     (4)大学生的自我概念与其职业成熟度存在显著相关。大学生职业成熟度的各个因素和总分都从低自我概念组向高自我概念组成呈上升趋势,不同自我概念组的大学生在职业成熟度的总分及各纬度均存在显著差异。
In the new conditions, the career psychology research of college students is very important. Career maturity is the extent to which individual is ready for coping with career development tasks appropriate to his or her age.Because career maturity is an important concept in career psychology theory,so people gradually pay attention to its value of reaserch.To investigate the career maturity status of college students and its correlation factors can make us learn more about their career psychological development characteristics,which will improve the effects and focus of career counseling and help college students to develop their own career psychology and career maturity.
     In this study, I investigated college student career maturity and its relationships to self-concept.Subjects were 400 college students in senior year in Yangtze Normal University.Each student completed the following measures: Tennessee Self Concept Scale,and Career Maturity Scale. Conclusions were as following:
     (1) Gender difference was not significant in career maturity as indexed by all factors and total score.
     (2)Major difference was found in career maturity as indexed by vocational cognition, vocational attitude and vocational selection.
     (3) Difference of the origin of family was found in career maturity as indexed by value and conditional assessment.
     (4) There was significant correlation between self-concept and career maturity.Career maturity increased from low self-concept score group to high self-concept score group.There was significant difference among different levels of self-concept.
