基于空间矢量调制的矩阵式变换器的研制

摘要
矩阵式变换器是一种新型的交-交电源变换器。和传统的变换器相比,它具有如下优点:不需要中间直流储能环节;能够四象限运行;具有优良的输入电流波形和输出电压波形;可自由控制的功率因数。矩阵式变换器已成为电力电子技术研究的热点之一,并有着广泛的应用前景。国外开始这方面的研究已有一段时间,取得了不少成绩,国内近几年也开始了这方面的研究,但和国外还有不少差距。
    本文基于空间矢量调制技术,提出了矩阵式变换器系统实现的方案。文中首先采用MATLAB 为系统建立了两套仿真模型,分别用来验证控制算法和整套系统;然后设计了矩阵式变换器实验装置的硬件和软件系统,并进行了联调。实验证明了本文提出的矩阵式变换器系统实现方案的正确性。
    本文建立的仿真模型为矩阵式调制的过程提供了方便的分析和调试工具;实验系统也为矩阵式变换器实际应用打下了一定基础。
Matrix Converter is a novel AC-to-AC power converter. Compared with the traditional power converter, it has a few advantages: the lack of DC -link , the ability of four quadrant operation, the excellent waveforms of input current and output voltage, variable power factor input current. Because of such advantages, Matrix converter will be prosperous in the future. In abroad, the research of it has developed for a few times. But in china, the research only has begun lately.
    The article brings forward the implementing methods of Matrix Converter with space vector modulation. At first, two simulation models for three-phase AC to AC are built by Matlab Simulink, which one model to test the control algorithm and the other to test the method. Then, the article introduces the designs of the experiment system and its hardware and its software. The tests show that the implementing method is feasible.
     Simulation models are good tools for the modulation and the experiment system is beneficial to the Matrix Converter's apply.
