SMA在机场道面加铺中应用的试验研究

摘要
本论文研究从已有的道路、机场工程的SMA使用经验出发,重点研究东北地区,特别是大连地区适合的机场跑道SMA的结构设计,研究的方法为试验研究。
     论文系统地论述了SMA作为一种新型的道路机场面层铺筑材料,其基本概念、特性及其在国内外使用的发展状况。同时结合近几年我国在SMA工程应用,特别是机场道面加铺工程中出现的问题,作了详细的研究和分析,从材料、结构、气候等角度对其破坏及其它质量问题的原因进行了探讨。
     文中对我国已进行的机场道面加铺的工程进行了总结,从最开始的桂林机场到今年进行的大连机场改造,对不同工程的结构、材料选用及使用的状况作了对比,提出了该接受的经验以及该吸取的教训。对目前国内机场道面加铺中出现的主要问题,提出了相应的改进措施及应该注意的问题。在结构形式上提出了更为适应机场道面使用要求的新的结构形式。
     文章的主要部分为SMA配合比设计比较。首先对SMA的设计原理进行了简单的概述,阐明了在SMA设计中应注意的主要问题及几个主要的设计参数,以及对SMA设计结果进行检验的方法。
     结合已进行的机场道面加铺工程,针对工程实施前后,在SMA配合比设计中应予与重点注意的关键问题,进行了详细的试验研究,包括原材料的选用、矿料配合比设计、沥青用量的确定、改性剂剂量的确定等。在工程结束后,对工程的实际使用效果,进行了现场检测,取得了第一手数据。配合比设计试验中,结合在已进行的工程中出现的材料及使用问题,在试验的各个步骤,进行了相应的改变和详细研究,通过试验结果的比较,提出相应的改进措施,为以后工程的进行提出建议。
Based on the use experience of present highway and airport runway, this paper studies the structural design of airport runway suitable for the northeast areas, especially for Dalian. The method for this study is experiment.The paper systematically elaborated on the basic concept, characteristic and the development of usage of SMA in domestic and foreign, as a new kind of pavement material using in the runway. Integrated with study and analysis of the problems which have encountered in the application of SMA in practice, especially the overlay on the old runway, the reasons of its destruction and the problem of quality are detailed discussed from the factors of materials, structural to the climate effect.The finished overlay projects on airport runway in domestic are summarized in this paper. From the earliest project of Guilin airport, to the reconstruct of Dalian airport, the different structure, the employ of materials and the status of usage are contrasted. All experiences and lessons should be taken to promote or avoid. Corresponding improvement measures to the present problem and the issues which must be attentive are put forward. A new structural form is proposed according to the requisition to airport runway.The main part of this paper focuses on the SMA mix proportion design. The principle of SMA mix proportion design is simply introduced at first. After that, some main problems and parameters of design which should be taken attention to are explained Then the test method of the design are narrated.After studying on some finished runway overlay projects, the detailed experiments are carried on according to the key problems in SMA design before and after the project, including the choosing of materials, the design of aggregate proportion, the determination of asphalt content and modifying agent. After the overlay was finished, the field experiment is carried on to evaluate the actual effect of SMA. The data is gain at the first time. Some modifications and further studies to the steps of experiment are put forward in proportion design, combined with the problems of materials and so on. Some improvements measures are also devised form the comparison of results. Further proposal is suggested for the later projects..
