煤粉磨系统的改进设计研究

摘要
烧结法氧化铝生产过程中,熟料烧结的质量非常关键,作为燃料的高挥发分煤粉,对于稳定熟料窑操作、提高熟料质量,保证收尘的安全运行发挥着重要作用。煤粉的制备来自煤粉车间。
     老的煤粉生产线按当时环保要求来说工艺技术是可靠可行的,但随着社会发展、技术进步、环境要求已经落伍了。主要表现是环境污染严重、煤粉流失过多;易爆环节多,不安全因素增加,严重威胁着员工的人身安全;运行电耗高、维修维护工作量大。为了适应烧结法氧化铝提产要求,并根治煤粉制备系统的安全运行问题,山东铝业公司氧化铝厂决定采用新工艺新技术增设一条新的煤粉制备系统生产线——即5#煤粉磨新型煤粉制备线。
     本文介绍的就是5#煤粉磨系统新型煤粉制备线的设计过程。本文首先对原煤和煤粉的性能进行了描述,继而从煤粉磨的工艺参数、结构、其它配套设备的选用和安全性等方面进行了详细地论述和设计。原煤的成分和性能是影响磨机性能的先决条件,而煤粉的特性是煤粉磨系统安全运行的决定因素;工艺技术是实施整个煤粉磨系统工艺性能的核心;而完善的结构是工艺性能得以实现的具体保障;同时合理的选用系统的其它辅助设备,简化了工艺流程,提高了系统的可靠性;安全性则是整个煤粉磨系统稳定运行的最基本保障。
     运行实践证明:本次设计的生产能力30t/h的煤粉磨系统已稳定运行,使熟料回转窑燃烧效率提高,降低了熟料燃烧热耗,延长了窑衬材料的使用寿命,提高了熟料回转窑的运转率;在节能、节电、环保等方面创造了不可忽视的效益,使整个煤粉制备系统的生产成本得以显著的降低;整个系统设备运转平稳、安全生产,达产达标,取得了用户较为满意的效果。
During the production of alumina by sintering process,the sintering quality of clinker is quite important.Pulverized coal of high volatile as fuel plays a vital role to stabilize the operation of clinker kiln, improve the clinker quality,reduce the residue of producing alumina, guarantee the safe operation of dust collection.The pulverized coal is made in pulverized coal workshop.
     There were many shortages in the old product line such as serious pollution,lost of pulverized coal,many dangers to cause death frequently, high power consumption and a lot of maintenance.A new product line will be built in Alumina plant of ShanDong Alumina Company in order to improve the quantity and quality of pulverized coal mill system,decrease the power consumption and noise,make full use of the system energy and convert it to producing ability,guarantee the safe operation of pulverized coal mill system.
     The design of new pulverized coal product line of the fifth pulverized coal mill system is explained in this paper.Firstly,properties of raw coal and pulverized coal are described.Then,technological parameters, construction,the selection and safety of corollary equipments are carefully illustrated and designed.The component and property of raw coal are preconditions of mill capability.On the other hand,the property of pulverized coal determines whether the pulverized coal system can operate safely or not.Technological parameters describe the whole technological properties of the pulverized coal mill system.The perfect construction can ensure the realization of technological properties.At the same time, other corollary equipments of the system are chosen reasonably.The technological process is simplified and reliability of system is improved. Safety is the base safeguard of stable operation of the entire pulverized coal mill system.
     Operational practice demonstrates that the pulverized coal mill system designed can maintain stable operation with designed output which is thirty tons per hour.Combustion efficiency is increased and the energy consumption of clinker sintering is decreased.Service life of kiln liner is elongated and running rate of the clinker kiln is increased.Remarkable benefit is made in such fields as energy saving,power saving,environmental protection.The product cost of the pulverized coal mill system is remarkably reduced.The whole system satisfies the users for stable operation,safe production,production quantity and target hitting fulfilled.
