环标彩色广播电视机与低碳评价标准研究

摘要
低碳经济是以低能耗、低排放、低污染为特征的经济模式,这是摒弃以往先污染后治理、先低端后高端、先粗放后集约的发展模式的现实途径,是实现经济发展与资源环境保护双赢的必然选择。面对全球变暖和金融危机,发展低碳经济已经成为全球的共识。中国环境标志框架下的低碳产品认证领域已经成为中国环境标志新的发展方向,HJ 306-201X《环境标志产品技术要求彩色电视广播接收机》标准的修定,作为国内首例环标低碳标准将填补我国在低碳领域与电视能效统一评价体系上的空白,并有效将有关能耗的指标等同转化得到相应的温室气体CO2排放指标,从而有效引导我国电视制造业开发先进节能技术,走节能减排之路。
     本文阐述了CRT电视、液晶电视、等离子电视的工作原理,同时参照大量的试验摸底数据建立了能效指标的计算模型及限值。本文本着“公正性”、“严谨性”、“创新性”三个特点,优于美国“能源之星”V3.0、欧盟EuP电视生态设计指令内容:
     第一,本文采用统一评价体系,充分考虑不同显示方式带来的功耗差异以及各种显示方式降低功耗的潜能,制定不同限值区分对待,不在显示方式上产生任何倾向性。
     第二,本文引入了国内评价指标cd/W,降低尺寸因子和评价值关联度,更具公平性。
     第三,本文增加了亮度考量,更好的引导电视企业注重技术升级达到节能降耗目的,而不是简单调节亮度等设置。
     第四,本文建立了统一测试功耗的平台,减少了亮度等因素对电视功耗的影响,更加严谨。
     第五,本文增加了能效评价体系与温室气体排放量的转换思路,并得到了可实施的具体指标,在环标领域实属首创。

     The main body of this research have set forth CRT TV, LCD TV PDP TV operating principle, have consulted large amount of the value testing that the data has built the calculation model and limit being able to imitate an index finding out the real situation at the same time. The main body of this research according to "justice" ", "preciseness" "," innovation " characteristic, better than that USA energy star V3.0,EuP criterion content:
     Firstly, the main body of this research adopt an unification to appraise system, the latent energy thinking that the power dissipation difference and various display way that the be unlike display way brings about reduce a power dissipation sufficiently, works out diversity ordering value differentiation to produce any tendentiousness on treating, not being in the display way.
     Secondly, the main body of this research have led into the cd/W appraising an index in the homeland, the lessening dimension factor composes in reply correlation degree judging value, has more equality.
     Thirdly, the main body of this research have increased brightness having a test in amounts, much better guiding TV enterprise to attach importance to technological upgrading achieve saving energy and reducing consumption purpose, but being not that the simplicity adjusts brightness and so on interposes.
     Fourthly, the main body of this research platform having built the power dissipation uniting a testing, having decreased by brightness is wait for an impact of factor over TV power dissipation, especially rigorous.
     Fifthly, The main body of this research the train of thought having increased changing being able to imitate the amounts estimating that system and greenhouse gas discharge, has got the concrete index may be put into effect, has initiated in ring bid field reality category.
