涂布化学品在单面涂布白板纸生产中的应用研究

摘要
近年来,虽然市场对涂布白板纸的需求仍在不断地增长中,但增长速度非常缓慢,供求已基本平衡,企业要求生存、求发展就必须在稳定和提高质量的前提下,尽可能地去降低生产成本。
     威达高实业有限公司作为一个已运行十多年的企业,不可避免地同新上涂布白板纸项目存在一定的差距,企业的生存面临着巨大的挑战。投资上新的生产线,向规模化或产品多样化的方向发展,需要庞大的资金和较长的建设周期,只能作为长远规划;现有设备的潜力已充分挖掘,原纸质量进一步提升的空间不大。
     因此,本论文通过对涂料化学品的应用研究,对涂料配方进行优化调整,改进涂布颜料及涂料助剂性能,从而改善了涂布质量,达到了提高产品质量、降低生产成本的目的。不仅投资少、而且见效快,产品质量稳定性较好。
     通过对碳酸钙的应用研究,实现了浆状碳酸钙的使用并在厂内生产,不仅原料的稳定性得到了较大提升,而且节约了采购成本。并在保障产品质量的前提下,合理提高了预涂中碳酸钙的用量。
     通过对高岭土的应用研究,使用煅烧高岭土改善了产品的印刷性能,同时在其国产化方面取得了较大的成果,取代进口高岭土,增大了面涂国产水洗高岭土的复配比例,不仅保障了产品质量稳定,而且成本下降方面也取得了较大的成绩。
     通过对胶粘剂的应用研究,产品质量得到了提升,而且在成本下降方面效果也较为理想。同时使用了环保型抗水剂以及对荧光增白剂进行了国产化研究,提升了产品的环保性能,达到了良好的经济效益。
     本研究是对国内涂料化学品应用的良好实践,提高了产品质量指标,取得了显著的经济效益。该研究成果对稳定涂布产品质量,以及涂料配方的国产化应用做出了贡献。
In recent years, the market demand for coated whiteboard continued to grow, but very slowly, a basic balance between supply and demand had been reached. Therefore, paper companies had to minimize the production cost as much as possible to survive and develop, and with a stable and better quality of product.
     Victorgo Co., Ltd. was a paper factory over ten years, then it was not so advanced as those new coated whiteboard project, inevitably it was a great challenge for it to develop. Investing in a new production lines and making progress towards large scale and product diversification can only be a long-term planning, for that will require huge capital and a longer construction period; and the potential of existing equipment had been fully exerted, and there was no great space to enhance the quality of base paper.
     Therefore, this paper studied the application of coatings chemicals, adjusted and optimized the coating formulation to improve the performance of pigments and additives, thus improved the coating quality and achieved improved product quality and reduced the production costs. It realized less investment and stable production.
     On the application of calcium carbonate, employing the slurry of calcium carbonate and in-house production was achieved, therefore, not only the stability of raw materials was greatly improved, also saved the stock cost. And reasonably increased the pre-coating amount of calcium carbonate without affecting the quality of products.
     For the application of kaolin, the use of calcined kaolin improved the printing performance, and realized using domestic kaolin to replace the imported one, and increased the top-coating proportion of washed kaolin, so the product quality was stable and also got a lower cost.
     Through the application of coating binder, product quality has been improved and got a desirable drop in the cost. And used environment-friendly water-resistant agent as well as localized OBA, which improved the environmental performance of product and achieved a good economic benefit.
     The study was good practices of domestic coatings chemicals application, improved product quality and achieved remarkable economic benefits. The research results made a contribution to the stability of coating product quality, as well as the localization of coating formulations.
