基于TI-C54X的信号采集/处理PCI卡研制

摘要
本文的研究内容是研制出适用于低频信号采集和实时处理的计算机扩展电
    路板,其应用对象是线性调频连续波雷达差拍信号的采集和实时处理。
     从保证电路板性能、降低成本和完整实现采集与处理的设计原则出发,本
    文将DSP和PCI技术相集合,充分利用数字信号处理器(DSP)的信号处理能
    力和PCI局部总线高速的数传能力。TI公司的TMS320VC5402具有改进型的
    HPI口(主机并行接口)、16K的内部DRAM(双访问RAM)和高达100M的
    CPU频率;AMCC公司的S5920是一快专门用于实现PCI总线接口的芯片,采
    用这两种芯片设计的电路简单,能很好地实现所要求的各种功能。在硬件设计
    中,采用了采集和处理交叉进行的方案,避免了使用大容量外置存储器,具有
    系统简单的优点。在软件设计中,采用了实数输入序列复数化后的FFT算法和
    充分利用正弦对称性,克服了DSP内置存储器容量小的不足。在软、硬件方面
    采取的这些方案直接带来了处理过程的变快。所设计的数据采集/处理卡经过测
    试,性能良好,达到了设计要求。
The task of the design is to develop a computer extended circuit board, which is applied to the acquisition and processing of beat-signal in Linear FM-CW Radar
    (LFMCW).
     In the wholly developing procedure, author persists the idea of ensuring circuit performance, cutting down cost and realizing acquisition/processing fully. For realizing real-time processing, designer has combined DSP and PCI technology, adequately taking advantage of DSP’s powerful function of signal processing and PCI local bus?capacity of rapid data transmission. TMS320VC5402 manufactured in TI has the properties of enhanced HPI interface (Host Parallel Interface), DRAM (Dualaccess RAM) of 16 Kilobyte long and CPU operating in frequencylOOM. 55920 made in AMCC is dedicated to realizing PCI interface. The circuit designed with TMS320VC5402 and S5920 is compact and run well. In hardware design, a scheme called alternately acquisition processing avoids using large amount outside memory and simplifies the system; In software design, FF1?on the plural data converted from real input and the application of sine function symmetry overcome the trouble resulted from lack of inside memory. The measures taken in software and hardware result in the faster processingfirst-hand. Testing on the card indicates it’s performance is good,
    according with the task.
