远程教育视听软件发展规律浅析

摘要
人类社会进入21世纪以来，科学技术的飞速发展，信息时代的到来，使每一个国家都面临着知识经济的竞争。在这场竞争中，一个国家综合国力的高低取决于国民科学文化素质和教育质量。处在这样的时代大潮中，我国也在积极地准备，大力发展各种教育，并以开放性的姿态来面对挑战。远程视听教育以其良好的物质技术基础，在国家“科教兴国”和“普及教育、提高全民素质”政策的指导下，将在新的历史时期担负起全民教育、素质教育和创新教育等方面的责任，发挥其他任何媒体不可比拟的优势，对我国全民素质的提高、科学文化的普及、科学观念和科学意识的深入人心有着不可低估的作用。
本论文共分为三个部分。
在第一部分，《远程视听教育的迅速发展》中，首先在分析我国视听教育发展的这个重大历史机遇的基础上，对视听教育能够迅速发展的原因，也就是视听教育本身的巨大优势，进行了总结和概括。它的传播方式的开放性、受教者育的广泛性、教育者的权威性、教育的高效性、信息传输的即时性以及视听结合的形象性都使它成为大众教育中影响最大的一种方式。伴随电视发展的40多年里，它取得了辉煌的成就，既为广播电视大学提供了远程教育丰富多彩的教学资源，也为普及大众的科学文化知识、提高他们的思想道德修养，确立他们的科学观念、价值观念、法制观念、民主观念等各种新时代要求的各种素质起到了极大的影响作用；同时随着计算机网络技术的发展，视听教育的范围也进一步扩大了。
论文的主体部分主要分析了远程教育中两种服务对象不同的视听软件——电视教材和社会化教育节目发展的规律性特点。
电视教材在多年的理论和实践的发展中已经逐渐成熟，无论在实践中把握学生的学习心理、画面的丰富表现、结构的多元处理和表现形式的多样化，还是在前后期的制作中都总结出了一套比较有效的工作方法和步骤，但它本身难以克服缺乏交互性的缺点。随着计算机和网络的快速发展，视听教育的范围进一步扩大，与视听教育配合的软件向多媒体教学软件发展。多媒体教学软件包括单机的和网络的，它利用携带视频、音频、字符、图形、图象、动画等的教学信息多种媒体的刺激学生的各种感官，并利用计算机的交互功能(人机交互、人人交互)让学生在学习过程中交流，满足学生交流的欲望，起到了较好的教学作用。
在社会化教育节目方面，虽然目前我国一部分优秀的社会教育节目受到了观众的广泛好评，但社会教育节目的整体水平还有待于进一步提高，本文通过总结优秀社会教育节目的发展规律性特点为社会教育节目制作的整体水平做趋势性指导。这部分内容主要从社会教育节目的内容多样形式多元、信息量大通俗易懂、逐渐渗透到其他节
目、满足大众心理需求、栏目化频道化趋势、社会影响空前广泛等六个方面来进行分
析，列举了大量节目和栏目的例子，分析了它们成为当前社会教育节目中出现的普遍
性特点和趋势的原因，尤其对产生这种特点的大众心理需求进行了研究分析。求新。
求真、求近、娱乐等收视心理是观众看电视节目时所具有的普遍心理，社会教育节目
要想改变以往居高临下地灌输式教化状态，必须按照观众的心理需求来组织节目，激
一 发他们的兴趣，吸引他们的注意力，融教育的目的于观众的积极参与和思考中。
最后一部分，论文对网络电视的产生和发展将给社会教育节目带来的革命性变化
做出了分析和展望。网络电视将改变传统电视单向灌输的现状，逐渐实现个人化的信
息服务、各种交互功能、即时的信息反馈，它对社会教育节目的影响将不可限量。
总之，本论文在我国远程视听教育具有空前发展历史机遇的条件下，分析我国视
听教育大力发展的可能性（也就是其本身的巨大优势）的基础上，对现阶段电视教材
和社会远程教育节目发展中出现的规律性特点进行了总结、研究、分析，希望在这个
基础上能对我国远程视听教育软件的发展做一个阶段性的趋势性的归纳，以期在短期
内能对它们的发展方向有一个指导性的建议。
Since human society enters 21 centuries, science technology's quickly developing and information ages' coming make all nation faced with the competition from the knowledge-based economy. In the competition, the average national power of high or low is decided by scientific literacy level and native education quality of it's own citizens. In the spring tide of such ages, our country are progressively preparing and strongly developing all kinds of educations in order to facing the challenge openly. Due to the superiority of long-distance audio-visual education, Under "science and education strengthening national power" and "developing education, increasing the citizens' scientific literacy level "of national policy's leading, in the new history period, the long-distance audio-visual education will take on the duty of people education, quality education, creativity education etc. And under the state of the nation it will exerting superiority that any medium does not for rapidly increasing people's scientific li
teracy level, widely spreading science and culture, scientific idea, science consciousness.
This thesis is composed of three parts.
In the first part the thesis analyses the important history opportunity of our country's audio-visual education and on the foundation of this summarizes the reason of audio-visual education quickly developing, also superiority of education itself. It's open way of spreading, extensive educates, authority of teacher, high efficiency of education, instant of information's spreading and visual information all make it become a kind of the most influential method in the public education currently. With television developing for more than 40 years, it has obtained the glorious achievement, both for Radio and TV University providing the long-distance education's rich resources, and for the public's science and culture knowledge's gaining ground, their thoughtful and moral accomplishment's increasing, their science idea, concept of value, legal system idea, democracy idea that modern ear requested has had tremendous influence; also has made people's scientific literacy level immensely leap.
The thesis's heading part primarily analyzes long-distance education's two kinds of audio-visual software for different service objects - television teaching program and sociality education program 's developing features.
Practice and theories of television teaching program's development already has been gradually mature in many years, but it has one-way broadcasting of shortcoming. With computer and network's technology developing, audio-visual education further extends and multi-media teaching software is produced.
At present in sociality education program, many first-rank programs have distinct features that are sociality education program's developing trends. These features mainly include variety of contents and form, great information capacity and popularity, gradually permeating the other program, satisfying the public mental need, column and channel trend, unprecedented extensively social influence. In each aspect, the thesis specializes many examples to analyze the features and trends' reasons. Especially, in satisfying the public mental need, there are the aspiration of new things, close things, true things and entertaining which make audience feel interesting and be immersed in them.
Finally, the thesis analyses the changes that the development of network television will bring to social education program. The network television will change traditional television's one-way broadcasting in present condition and gradually realize personalized information service, instant communication that influence social education program limitlessly.
本论文共分为三个部分。
