湖南省岳阳市国有大中型企业职工体育现状调查分析

摘要
国有大中型企业在国民经济的关键和重要部门中处于支配地位,对整个国民经济的发展起决定作用。职工作为企业的主人,是企业的财富,在我国实行全民健身计划过程中,职工体育作为群众体育的一个重要组成部分,对计划能否顺利的落实与贯彻起着非常重要的作用。随着经济的发展,在社会主义市场经济条件下,国有大中型企业发生着一系列深刻的变化,面向市场,转换经营机制,原来管理模式和运行机制不适应形势发展。而处于企业文化范畴之中重要组成部分的职工体育,如何适应社会主义市场经济发展和职工对健身运动的需求,是当前职工体育亟待解决的问题。作为湖南第二大经济强市的岳阳,在大中型企业改革过程中,职工体育如何适应新的形势,新的环境也是湖南省体育决策部门和理论界普遍关心的问题。本文运用体育学、社会学和管理学等学科的理论知识,采取了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问法、数理统计法、理论分析法等研究方法,对岳阳市国有大中型企业的职工体育锻炼的内容、形式、途径等现状与影响因素等进行了详细研究,并与计划经济时期各企业职工体育在组织形式、管理方式、职工体育活动等各方面进行了比较。得出以下结论:
1、岳阳市国有大中企业职工参与体育锻炼的程度很高。
2、对体育项目的选择,与职工的特别、年龄、学历与工作性质有关;娱乐性在职工体育锻炼中占很大的比重。
3、影响岳阳市国有大中型企业职工个人体育锻炼开展的主要问题是:个人的兴趣爱好、时间、场地设施和财力。
4、两种体制下的职工体育在组织形式、管理方式、场地设施、体育经费来源、职工体育活动、职工体育意识等各方面均有不同。

methods to Yueyang City medium-sized enterprises and workers in the sports training content, form, means the status and impact of factors such as a detailed study and with the planned economy period in the form of sports enterprise workers, Below draws the conclusion:1. Yueyang City workers in state-owned large and medium enterprises with very high levels of physical exercise.2. the choice of sports life, with special workers, age, academic qualifications and the nature of work;Recreational sports offers in workers accounted for a large proportion.3. Impact of Yueyang City owned enterprise workers personal physical exercise is the main issue : personal interest love, time, facilities and financial resources.4. The two umbrella organizations of workers in the form of sports, management methods, facilities, sports funding and sports workers, and workers in various spheres of different sports consciousness.
