数字版权管理(DRM)系统的研究、设计和实现

摘要
随着网络技术的发展,传统的信息交流方式有了很大的改变,多媒体和电子文档凭借其方便和快捷的传播方式越来越普及,而伴随着产生的版权问题也日益严重,数字信息的非法传播,侵害着版权所有人的合法利益,在高度信息化的今天,数字版权管理显得尤为重要。第一代的数字版权管理(DRM)技术集中在通过加密技术解决未授权用户非法拷贝的问题,加密文件内容,只分发给已付过费的用户;第二代的数字版权管理技术包括描述、鉴定、交易、保护、监视以及跟踪等各种形式的权限的使用,无论是有形还是无形的资产都可以受到保护。一个典型的数字版权管理系统通常包含四个软件模块:一个内容保护软件、一个内容发布服务器、一个许可证发放服务器和一个内容查看软件或插件。本文主要对已掌握的资料和论文进行了深入全面的研究,完成如下工作:
     1) 理论研究
     ● DRM分类模型研究,如功能模型、信息模型和工作流模型
     ● 全面描述了两种DRM数字版权描述语言XrML和ODRL的特点
     ● 论述了当前DRM的主要技术原理及其在DRM中的应用
     2) 针对机构内部专有文件管理的需求设计了一个解决方案
     3) 完成了服务器端的实现
With the developement of Internet, illegal distribution of copyrighted digital object became rapid and easy, the benefits of the rights holders have been infringed. DRM technology was developed and is being developed as a protection against the illegal distribution of copyrighted online material .The first-generation of DRM focuse on security and encryption as a means of solving the issue of unauthorized copying,that is lock the content and limit its distribution to only those who pay. The second-generation of DRM covers the description, identification, trading, protection, monitoring and tracking of all forms of rights usages over both tangible and intangible assets including management of rights holders relationshipsA typical DRM system usually has four software components: content protection software, a content distribution server, a license server and a content viewer/plug-in.This thesis analyzed the current DRM architecture and DRM-related technologies at home and abroad, and designed and implemented a DRM solution -Specified Files Management System to solve the problem of controlling the distribution of specified documents in enterprises and other organizations.
