摘要
数据业务深度运营管理平台可实现数据业务运营管理的四大功能需求,是现阶段数据业务深度运营的综合管理平台。
     本文所研究的数据业务深度运营平台是作者结合实际工作,针对现有业务展开的。研究是基于数据库管理理论,利用ORACLE10g数据库管理系统的数据仓库,在数据业务深度运营平台上,实现对SP的日常工作管理功能。主要研究SP的运营监控与运营管理,重点阐述了梦网业务稽核的处理。文章第一部分主要对研究背景和意义做了阐述,随后对SP的运营监控与运营管理、梦网业务各项稽核的处理功能的实现技术做了分析介绍,最后设计一个以移动梦网业务为对象,使用SP的运营监控与运营管理分析系统,分析出具有欺诈可能的群集,对群集中的不正常用户采取相应的控制措施,达到以减少运营商的收入流失的目的。
     希望本文能够对数据库管理技术在电信行业中的应用起到一定的印证和推动作用,使电信行业中的业务平台海量数据得到更好更全面的利用。
With the development of the outer environments including terminal and network...etc, MMS, WAP and IVR have already increased quickly except SMS. The value-added service will be the major in the future.
     The purpose of this article is to building a in-depth operational platform of data service , attempts to use the technology of database management, helps business department to build up the frame in data analysis and fine application, supports the requirement of daily data analysis from the overall situation of the enterprise.
     The platform combines with high level the customer serve for point of departure, build up a series of tasks of promoting the summit customer’s serve more refinement, characteristic and humanity, works up the service system of the muti-department cooperation, which is a focus of customers.
     This text chapter 1 introduced the requirement and application of the in-depth operational analysis technique in the telecommunication, demonstrate the inevitability that the in-depth operational analysis technique of data service was applied in telecommunication. Chapter 2 introduced the definition, the basic process,the main arithmetic and the model establish concerning the in-depth operational analysis technique of the database.
     Chapter 3 mainly discussed the application of SP management module concerning in-depth operational platform and was detailed to enumerated the applied of realm and the problem concerning the data mining process in telecommunication profession.

A complete data statistical work includes time-sharing.data statistics,statistics according to the pages, the mobile telephone’s types, the numbers of the users to withdraw the order, or the online population . Through the data ,it is convenient to observe the change of users number,any modification what the operation controller do and the affect from product update . Time-sharing data statistics will make product controller comprehend the habit which users interview more exactly.

     The purpose of this article is to applying in the Database management technique of using in telecommunication enterprise's production management. In the research process, Makes sample by the detailed statement of the telecom operators.According to the userinfo and the systems operation situation of the data service, Proposes the solution and the plan according to the multianalysis data.
     Therefore ,this article has conducted the research to the income security ,mainly aims at the business auditor function on the SP management.the author of this article. The author is responsible for the arrearage and refundment of data service, the system research and confirmation ,this system is the business auditor function on the SP management module concerning in-depth operational .
     The author summarizes some income safeguard concrete method from the concrete income safeguard project. The data warehouse takes the special data acquisition and the analysis system,it will have the very important function to the daily management and operation of the telecom operators. It will be the priority project which chinamobile carries out the refinement application management strategy.
     I believed that this article will promote the in-depth operational analysis of data service to be applied in the production and management in telecommunication as soon as possible. Along with in-depth operational platform gradual consummation ,he telecommunication industry will turn into“the elephant”who learned dancing.
