数字控制移相全桥软开关变换器

摘要
高频化、模块化、数字化是开关电源的发展方向。实现高频化的主要途径是软开关技术,全桥移相零电压脉宽调制变换器是软开关PWM技术在全桥直-直变换器中较成功的应用例子,并具有较好的工程实现价值。实现数字化的核心是DSP技术。本文立足于将开关电源的高频化与数字化相结合,具体研究内容为一种基于DSP控制的移相全桥软开关ZVS变换器,该变换器工作于较高的开关频率(150K),外围硬件电路结构简单、器件少、体积小;在半载以上实现了开关管的ZVS开关,取得了较高的变换效率;实现数字化控制与故障保护,变换器取得了较好的性能效果。
     本文第一章介绍了课题的研究背景、方向和主要内容;第二章简单阐述了DSP芯片的特点及其在电力电子领域的应用,介绍了Motorola DSP芯片DSP56F8323的性能特点;提出基于Motorola DSP控制的移相全桥软开关DC/DC变换器的硬软件系统设计方案;最后建立移相全桥变换器的小信号模型进行系统分析。第三章分析了系统硬件部分即软开关全桥变换器的工作原理和工作模式;给出了详细的硬件设计。第四章分析了使用DSP实现移相控制的策略;给出了详细的软件设计和程序流程;给出样机的试验结果与分析。第五章对全文进行了总结,并对以后进一步的工作提出了设想。
Higher frequency ,modular construction and digitalization is the main development tendency in the field of the switching power supply .High power density and high frequency converter is based on soft-switching techniques. Full Bridge Phase-Shifted Zero-Voltage-Switched Converter (FBPS-ZVS Converter) is a successful implementation for Soft-switching and is easy for usage in DC/DC converter .The core technique to reach digitalization is DSP technique .In order to reach both high frequency and digitalization of converter ,a FBPS-ZVS Converter based on DSP control is proposed in this paper The converter worked on the high frequency of 150K.Periphery hardware circuit is simple and its bulk is small .The converter realizes soft-switching over half load and get a high efficiency .It achieves the aim of digital control and error protect.
    In the first chapter ,the study background .direction and main content of this paper are presented .In the second chapter ,the character and application of Motorola DSP chip ,the system design of this power supply and a small-signal model of FBPS converter are introduced .In the third chapter ,the operation of FBPS converter is analyzed in detail and the design of hardware is given .In the fourth chapter particular software design and program flow are given .The result and analyse of experiment are given in this chapter too .In the last chapter ,summarize of full paper and works followed are given.
