基于移动通信网络的遥测遥控系统主机及数据通信功能的研究与设计

摘要
工业的发展带动了农业的发展和进步,对许多农业控制系统提出了更高更严格的要求,其中的监控系统面临着覆盖范围越来越大、监控点越来越分散等新的挑战,如何有效经济地实现所需的监控功能,正是论文所研究的方向。论文论证了无线式遥测遥控系统数据传输的优越性,综合了计算机技术、移动通信技术、电子技术和测控技术,实现了预期目标。
     首先论文深入研究了GSM的网络原理,工作过程和相关技术,重点分析了短信的收发方式和PDU格式及相关的AT指令,同时也深入研究了USB协议及其实现过程和硬件规范,为课题的深入进展和完善提供了理论依据,为课题的实现提供了保障。其次论文结合粮仓温度测控的实际情况,分析了其功能需求,确定了合理的开发方案,软件上:利用VC++的MFC编写了比较合理的人机界面,用VC++6.0和DDK开发了基于WindowsXP SP2的WDM驱动程序,用KeilC开发了固件程序;硬件上:USB芯片选用性价比较高的CY7C68013,设计了最小系统模块;GSM模块选用西门子公司的TC35i,设计了点火电路,指示电路,电源电路,以及芯片之间的通信电路等模块。最后,论文提出了一种方便、实用、可靠的主机系统新方案:USB作为前置值班机与电脑的连接端口,以移动通信网络作为组网方式,以短信息作为监控信息传递的工具,改变了传统监控系统的串口连接电脑的不方便性,有线或者自建无线通信网络的组网方式,大大扩展了监控范围,节省了成本。该方案适宜多目标、远距离遥测遥控。经过调试分析,方案切实可行,设计合理。在论文的最后,指明了论文需要完善之处,提出了论文继续深入的研究方向。
The development of industry accelerates the progress and improvement of agriculture and some agricultural control systems face many hard problems such as the increasing coverage of monitored area and the scattered measured points.The paper will try to answer the questions that how to efficiently and economically realize the desired control function sufficiently.The paper demonstrates the advantages of wireless telemetry and command system, combines the technology of computer, mobile communication, electronic, telemetry and command and has realized the desired goal.
     At the first,the paper deeply studies the principle of GSM including the its working process and related technology, and focuses on the sending and receiving methods of SMS and the encoding and decoding methods of PDU and AT commands.Additionally it deeply studies another key technology named USB protocol including data transmission method and the hardware specification.The GSM and USB theories provide the theoretical foundation for the improvement of research, and assure the implement of the system.Then, According to the actual situation of measure and control of granary, the paper confirms the reasonable development process and the desired function.For software: It provides the program of excellent interface for users using VC++ MFC, develops WDM driver basing on Windows XP SP2 operating system using VC++6.0 and DDK, and utilizes KeilC to program the firmware . For hardware: The paper chooses cost-effective CY7C68013 to design fundamental system model. It chooses TC35i(Siemens Company) for GSM model.The paper designs the IGT circuit, indicating circuit, power circuit, interface circuit among chips and other parts.At the last, the paper adopts a new convenient practicable and reliable manner, which utilizes USB as interface of computer and terminal machine.It relies on the mobile communication network, and uses SMS as the information transmission carrier.The study changes the inconvenience of the serial bus connection of conventional remote measure and control system and the net topology of wired and wireless communication network. It extends the scope of monitored area and saves the cost.The system is fit for multi-monitored points and remote distance telemetry and command control.
     It indicates the program is practical and reasonable after being debugged and analyzed. At the end of the paper, it indicates the aspects needed to be improved and shows the direction to be studied continuously in future.
